I would give them no stars for trying to hustle me out of a tire. Matthew is a liar and so is that Shell gas station out needles? I got towed there under the impression I was gonna get a used tire for $90. Matthew left us there and then the tire technician because it was after hours said oh no that’s not correct. It’s $90 just to open the shop after hours. Your tire will be $200 And that’s not including the installation. I almost paid him but then I realize I didn’t even ask to go there I want to go a shop in town where I knew I could get a used tire in the morning, but Matthew insisted that we go to the Shell gas station. I’m glad my mother didn’t raise no fool. I’m sure a lot of other unsuspecting people have been hustled. I pay AAA good money and luckily, they took care of it and sent a different tow company out. shame on you active towing.

Super quick, pretty inexpensive, and overall 10/10 service. The driver showed up within 10-15mins, super nice and help us out quick. Will definitely call them again in the future if needed.

Came to my rescue late at night when another towing company (EXPRESS TOWING) assigned to me by AAA left me stranded and without notice for 5-6 hours. Would recommend to anyone as they will keep you updated and will be truthful of the situation. Nevertheless my best towing experience.

We were stranded, with no phone service, miles from the nearest address. Jose tried to contact us but couldn’t, so before going back to his shop he continued up the road and found us!He towed us to a tire shop and waited to make sure they had the correct tires. When they didn’t he called and found a place that did have them and took us there. We are so grateful for his service and helpfulness. Highly recommend this company
