I only come here about 3 months out of the year but it's one of my favorite places to load.
Norma in shipping is a sweetheart and always gets me out of there quick. If you have an issue with her, I suspect you need to look in the mirror and check your own attitude. She gives what she gets 🤷🏻

Today norma helped me big time ! As there was a slowdown on hwy 99 due to an accident . I called and told her and she understood my plea to her . She stayed back extra 20-25 mins and got loaded and saved my whole day . She is such an angel . Thank you norma !

I've always had a good experience here. The first time I ever came here, I had produce that had fallen over in the back of my trailer.
They helped me restack everything before they loaded me.
They have always been very fast and efficient. The workers are very helpful and friendly.
Its Easy to find reefer, vans continue to go straight past where the address originally says, but if you read signs you have no problem finding it, plenty of space for backing. I didn't ask if there is overnight parking. But I don't think there is because there is a gate that you have to go through. I think they close it at night, but you can always ask them if need to know.

The forklift guy was very rude. We gave him Instructions how to load. We told them to keep pallets sideways. Two and one after. We told them to keep the third pallet in the middle but they didn't listen, even the lady in the office are so rude. We requested her to keep it in right way but they told us to leave the facility because they need the dock for other trucks. although all facility was empty. Don't come here. These people are jerk.

The Aslan company employs a woman named Norma who works doing paperwork for the trucks. She is very rude, she is always in a bad mood and treats people very badly. She knows how to speak Spanish but she does not like to talk to people who do not speak English. And the manager Jesse has 3 workers Ruben, Juan, Michael who do nothing but are his friends. I do not understand how the owner of Aslan Scott does not realize what happens in his company. He pays good-for-nothing people who are only going to be lazy. They should be ashamed of themselves but they do not even know her. While there are other very good workers who do their job very well, attentive, kind. If you come to this company, be careful with the woman at the reception.

In-N-Out in 15 minutes! Would recommend anybody to enjoy coming here. Easy backup and truck parking. The shipping clerk was very professional and quick and also professionally friendly!
