This is the worse bank, I went in there with a group to add a signature on the account, not one person knowledge us in anyway. We were their for an hour not one employee went up to ask us if we need anything. I had to get up and tell them we were for an appt at 2:30pm, she said have a seat someone will go and help you. What got me upset is where is the common curiosity to help your customer and ask if we needed anything.! The manager was there helping a new hire and he didn't even come up to us either. This company is just ridiculous no one should have to go through this at all.! By the way Let me tell you this Man that I work for has been there loyal customer for over 62years for his crop business.. Now there going to loose a million dollar company because of this nonsense.

Closed permanently. No money in drive theu atm nor walk up atm. Its 139pm on monday when tbeir hours clesrly state open until 4pm and the doors are locked shut. Fake business.

To the reviewers who have commented about the one teller service and long lines; HELLO, this is B of A....this has been the same M.O. throughout the last 50 years, at least. Who hasn't experienced this total lack of regard and apathy of the B of A and its employees toward its customers throughout history?

Really bad costumer service! Line tends to get long and there is only one teller. I am changing banks just because I hate to deal with their lazy employees. Wells fargo is way better.

I've been coming here weekly in the late afternoon, and there is always only one bank teller! The line reaches over 15 people at a time, and counting! What makes it worse is: there are other workers and they seem to be minding their own business, not paying attention to the line! Why not hire more tellers at a time and less of the others who don't interact with customers? This is just pathetic.
