Both of my teens had savings accounts here with both parents name on the accounts. However when I would go through the drive for change I felt like I would get the third degree even after showing my ID. This has happened several times. One day, I had to wait more than 10 minutes for change from a $100 bill while other vehicles drove up after me, in the other lane, and were waited on. When I asked why the wait for me, the teller was annoyed as if I shouldn't be asking. Her answer was not in the most professional way. Needless to say we recently closed the accounts and opened up at another local bank in which we've heard great reasons to bank from several friends.

Branch manager Rosemary is a total JOKE!!!!!! Denies deposits without any notifications, lousy service, never get strait answers, and absolute headache to attempt any business transactions! They will loose check's deposited into their own atm and never return phone calls or give any explanation after an hour on hold! Bank won't last. Wouldn't suggest this Bank to anyone.

When we first came to this bank we gave it a 1 star review also. But we decided to give it another chance and are glad we did. That was a couple of years ago and we have been happy with the personnel ever since. The people are great - the bank as a service institution needs much improvement. They need to offer more services to be competitive with other banks, and better rewards, especially for loyal customers and/or high balance customers.

The bank manager Rosemary is a joke. I've dealt with her on 3 occasions and none of them have been pleasant. I suggest going to a different location.

Horrible experience so far I opened an account 2 weeks ago with Rene Rodarte she was polite but didn't do her JOB!!!! She was supposed to give me the card that same day and she didn't. Not only that I came in the next day to tell her about it and she said I'd have to wait for it in the mail, I call today one week and a half later to the branch come to find out she didn't even put the order in for my card!!!! So irresponsible!!! If I don't get my card today I might just take my money out and go else where. My experience was with Rene Rodarte again so if you go in there avoid her you might have a better experience although I still don't have my card so it is the whole branch not doing enough for they're people.
