It's the DMV what can I say there's a big nice new building in Reedley but there's like three people working behind the counter so you still have to wait even if you have an appointment you can't get there too early and you have to wait and you can't get there too late or you lose your appointment

Visited 4-21-16, had an appointment and still waited over 2 and a 1/2 hours!! What's the point of an appointment??? It was packed in there and only 5 windows open, finally got called to window. The women was very friendly and helpful.
