Needs more than only 1 atm PER LOCATION, they surely don't want to spend their precious money to make things more convenient for their customers. There is always a line inside the bank, not enough teller or atms and since the new location in Reedley has been open they have 2 teller windows that have never once been in use. Would be a perfect place to have 2 extra atm's that actually do work. Come on, Do better EECU.

My experience showed where their real loyalties are, which is to themselves for making the most money and not really looking out for the customer. My husband and I called and gave the VIN number to them for approval so we could spend money/time to travel and negotiate a car in LA (over 3 hours away). We asked them three times during this phone conversation to make sure the car was everything it needed to be to get approved on their end so we wouldn’t be wasting time and money. They approved the car so we went to see the car. After we went to LA, signed paperwork with the dealership, and signed paperwork with the bank (about a week), the bank ends up calling me and saying that they need to void the loan because they didn’t know the car had been in an accident and had a rebuilt engine but was previously salvaged on the title. During the approval process, the bank NEVER searched using the VIN and they didn’t ask about the title being salvaged or rebuilt either. So they voided the loan before I even understood the problem and tried to offer us a different loan. During the phone call they told us one set of numbers for APR financing rates and when we went in to sign again for that loan, they presented DIFFERENT APR rates than what was told over the phone AND they conveniently left out that the terms of the loan would change as well (be a lot shorter changing our monthly budget that we already shared with them). It seems like The customer service here is only put in place when it benefits the bank but they do not seem to employ customer service that watches out for the customers interest. I recommend if you want to get a used car loan from a credit union to go somewhere else that has less strict rules for used cars AND actually has customer service that benefits the customer. After they realized their mistake, they in no way guaranteed that they would do things differently in the future or would be following up with us about their mistake. It severely damaged the relationship and my trust with this bank. Hopefully other locations are not like this and other staff at other locations look out for the customers. There is a huge gap in communication between departments as well which doesn’t seem to be in their interest to change either even though it would’ve benefited and helped my situation. This is per conversation I tried having with the person who helped me and my husband. She just shrugged her shoulders and said she does not know and we need to take their word for it. Maybe other staff members are different and handle things differently but I also had a conversation with the manager and she is the one that gave different APR financing rates. So hopefully people who read this will have either a better experience or find a different bank to help.

Personnel are the best!! Very patient and knowledgeable. Sweet and polite.

All EECU Atms are always unavailable! Went from Dinuba to reedley and all 3 atms didnt work this happens very often!

Terrible experience I came in to make a cash deposit which I had counted three times before coming in the lady at the counter told me an amount and amount that was $10 less than the actual total but told me there was no way to check because she had already put it in the machine when she called the manager over the manager there was very rude and wouldn’t help me out at all and said there was no way it was short so I basically got screwed out of my own money that I was depositing it is unfortunate because this is my local EECU I will never come here again

I am not sure about everyone complaining on this form, But if you ever been apart of any other bank. This place has always been nice to me and having a small business they have been help full. I have always like there service. Compared to other banks they have been a blessing to me, They have Issues some times with the ATM but its ok. Going into the Credit Union is better than any Bank.

Customers service is horrible. When you sign in to see a representative they take forever to see you. It has been multiple times when I have visited this branch and sat there for 30min without being seen. Then someone else walks in and gets seen right away by a customer service representative. This is not customer service. Very disgusted with how they operate.

atms are a joke one day you cant deposit and another day you cant withdrawal or there out of service constant issues with the atms....

Terrible experience. The lady in the second cubicle on the left did whatever she could to get me out. I'm assuming she was ready to leave for lunch but why take on a client when you know you have plans. She was rushing the process, falsely promising expectations, and exceptionally not delivering a good customer experience. In my case she would not be fit for a loan processor position. I wish I got her name but she didn't even mind to make the experience personal yet professional from the get go. I would say to leave your business else where. I usually do business in selma and have yet to have an issue with that branch. I won't be near this location ever and promise to make sure friends and family avoid doing business with this branch.
