Hamilton Cold Storage Inc. is noted for its very nice, friendly, and polite staff, with a work team that provides fast service for loading and unloading. Customers report being in and out quickly, often in less than thirty minutes. However, the location presents significant challenges. The area is very small, with difficult access to only two docks that requires maneuvering and blocking traffic on a busy city street. There is no real place to park overnight, and parking is generally considered the worst. The facility has no handicapped parking or entrance, with stairs everywhere. While the people are consistently praised, the problematic location requires considerable patience.
Very friendly nice people got a door right away . I only got one pallet was here. Maybe five minutes . Yes you have to back in from street but it’s not a busy one and there’s plenty of room
