Came in for a simple tire rotation and was told that it was going to take about 1 hour to 1 hour and a half. I was fine with this when the time kept passing and my car was still outside parked! This Les Schwab used to run quick and they should have people assigned to do simple tasks such as a simple tire rotation. A tire rotation shouldn’t have someone waiting in the lobby for over two hours going on to three!!

We blew two tires on our fifth wheel and these guys stayed open an hour late to help replace our tires. They looked after our family and kept our kids entertained while they replaced our tires.
Definitely helped turn a negative experience into a positive.

I went in because I needed two tires since I had to replace two like a month prior. I got out of my car and told the employee I needed two tires he said ,"let's check your tires" he went to the new ones that still had 90% tread and said ,"oh yeah these tires are bad you'll be needing four new ones" when I explained that those were literally brand new he looked and me and told me that I shouldn't buy cheap tires. I used to sell cars and hate these sales tactics. Anyway they quotes me $250 for two tires. I ordered two tires from the place I purchased from before and they came out to $70 per tire It was online but still that's like half. Anyway the tires get to my house and I need them mounted and the only place open untill 6 is this place so I ask if they mount tires and they say yes. I ask how much and they said $50 per tire. When I said that the other spot did it for $14 per tire they said to go there and then pointed out that it's closed. Luckily I found that the spot by the fire station next to foster farms was open and they did it for $20 a tire. They even balanced them and everything. No trying to upsell me, no ridiculous prices, no shotty sales tactics just ,"do you mount tires?" ,"SI", "how much?", "$20" , "want me to come back?" ,"No park right there" and it was done in 20 minutes

Go to Goodyear or Firestone- My elderly parents went in and were told they needed 4 tires but only one was bald and they requested two in front for alignment. Well that must have upset the person who tried to upsell them and being quoted 1.5 hrs TAT never came to pass. My mother actually was a mechanic and engineer so she saw right through this and they waited 2hrs until they even were ready to pull their car in. They politely left without "service". Beware- customer service is only for the upsell. Unfortunate for a small town resource.

Traveled from sac to Reedley and ended up with a nail in my tire. Thankfully they were able to find the nail and fix it. Super grateful for Carlos and there great team! Able to keep my son occupied with free popcorn, thank goodness. Great customer service and wish all places were this helpful! Thanks again for going above & beyond.

I picked up a screw in my tire and was unable to make it home. Was able to make it to this Reedley location. They offered to work my car in without any hesitation. So polite, professional and friendly. They even brought my car to the entrance when it was done so I didn't have to walk in the dark. I highly recommend them. Rare to experience such wonderful customer service!

Friendly helpful staffNot sure if they are the very best prices, but it's in Reedley, and has a pretty good selection of tires.
