The people who serve our Reedley community in the Rite Aid store are wonderful. My 90 year old dad goes in, is warmly welcomed and greeted BY NAME at the pharmacy with warmth, smiles, and respect. A microscopic village in our community that has made my dad feel invited, valued, and safe. Very touching and super kind. Thank you so much!! You have raised the bar on professionalism and I applaud you all! Kudos ???

The pharmacist is so kind. She listened to me for twenty minutes and gave me answers that make me feel relieved and reassured. They also have never lost a single prescription of mine.

I used this pharmacy for the last time. After being charged 300$ for a simple prescription for several months. This pharmacy finally dropped the price to 49$. For months they told me to call my doctor and insurance but both said they contacted the pharmacy and I should've never paid that much. Then I had my dosage change and they would consistently mess that up and request I call my doctor. I would call my doctor, speak directly to her and she would tell me the pharmacy is simply trying to make a profit from me because they knew I would just pay for my prescription instead of waiting days for them to magically fulfill my order. I witnessed the people at the pharmacy get into arguments and behave in an unprofessional manner. This was upsetting and difficult for me to deal with and not intervene. I saw a young cashier attempting to help me as I explained my scenario several times month after month and the pharmacist/doctor shush her. I switched to the CVS pharmacy next to Starbucks in reedley and haven't had a single issue. I just feel like someone canceled my transaction at Rite Aid after I left and created a 49$ charge and pocketed my 250$.

Pharmacists are not good under pressure. Probably should have chosen a different profession if that’s they’re case. Little to no respect for patients. Rude and abrasive behavior.

This Rite Aid is a MUCH better store than the CVS on the other side of town. Better product selection, better and friendlier service people, better-run pharmacy. Just better in every way.

I had to pick up my sons medication of course. Needless to say after getting a bunch of running around and this lady tried to talk to me all rude for no reason. And then she tried to refuse to give me back my insurance card. I literally had to snatch it from her. Wouldn't recommend I would reached go to CVS!

I really like this Rite Aid. The employees are nice, and the pharmacy is TONS better than walgreens, or cvs. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5, because a couple times they told me my prescription was ready, but it was not. Not a BIG deal, but still, if it isn't ready, why did I get told it was? Anyway, I still go there because I'm NOT an entitled spoiled person like some seem to be. Giving 1 star because of minor issues, and sounding like you should be treated better than everyone else is just sad and pathetic. If you don't like the pharmacists, then become one yourself, and YOU put up with nagging people!! Simple as that. Their job isn't an easy cakewalk at times, stop being a selfish child, and be more understanding! Sheesh...

I always enjoy shopping at Rite Aid, it's a little out of my way,but always worth it to find exactly what I want and at a great price and sometimes on sale or with my bonus points, so I always get a good deal

During this COVID time they have a lady working behind the pharmacy counter that never wears a mask. She comes in contact with people on medications, possibly immunocompromised, and doesn't wear a mask. Bad policy Rite Aid.Also, they are always sooooooo slow, even if there is no line etc.
