New worker, was rude and unhelpful. Made me feel like my presence was an annoyance. Gave me a form for customs, and was snarky when I asked if I could have the package weighed, and complained I didn't fill out the form all the way without verifying the final entries. Ultimately, a month later my package was tracked as arrived but the recipient never got the package.
Of course, this is likely unrelated to the employee at the post office if everything was right, but I am left with a bad taste in my mouth after having had a couple of years of nothing but good experiences with this smaller post office.
Edit: My package was returned. On the shipping label, Drive was spelled Dive. I sincerely hope such a minor typo wouldn't cause my package to fail being delivered, but it does show how much the employee cared.

The worst USPS location. Likely due to the he/she/it diversity hire. One of the most unpleasant bundle of sticks I have ever met. I understand it might be confused on what it identifies as today but that's not an excuse to be rude. I'm just dropped off packages that already have labels. Scan then and keep it going. It's not rocket science.

Normally my deliveries are great so no complaints about my actual delivery person. However, mid pandemic, they decided to replace my neighborhood's mailboxes. No notice. When I called, I spoke with a Randy who never apologized for the inconvenience and just walked through all the ways in which my life would be better when my mailbox was back IN A WEEK. I asked him why I didn't get a notice several times, he said they don't give notices because they don't know when it's going to be replaced by the contractor. Why wasn't I notified when my box was suddenly missing? I had packages in the mail and I depended on the postal service to deliver on time. Randy directed me to pick them up at the Rescue post office, which closes before I'm off work and opens after I start work. I'm having mixed emotions about the number of stars...right now, I feel like one. Normally delivery is dependable though so I guess I'll go with the middle ground and say three. All I wanted was a notice. Instead, I had to call, thinking my mail had been stolen.

This P.O. is nearer my house. However, since being overcharged, I now drive the few extra miles to the Shingle Springs P.O. too do my business.
