You would get zero starsif that was an option. Do they think it's cute to be rude? And to think everyone is stealing? If you're going to be rude & accusatory to everyone, & you hate people, maybe don't get a job where you deal with the public. My partner & I spend a lot of money at 7/11. I love their coffee, hot dogs, & cookies. You'd think maybe you'd notice that we have a LOT of reward points on your little readout & it may be smart to not be a raging jerk to someone who obviously buys a lot of stuff from 7/11. But no, you have to argue. Maybe your time would be better spent figuring out why ALL your iced coffee machines are dispensing water instead of coffee. Also, the hot coffee was really weak, probably because you're a cheapskate, & skimp on the amount of grounds. So petty & stupid. Don't worry crazy eyes, we won't be coming back to your crappy little store. In case you haven't noticed, there's basically a 7/11 on every other corner down Reseda, plus Rockets, Extra Mile, & others. I have PLENTY of options that aren't your store. Way to build good will!

I always enjoy coming to this 711. It’s super convenient. They always have Beatbox stocked in the refrigerator. I am never disappointed to find they don’t have my two favorite flavors in stock - fruit punch & hard tea! I absolutely love the beatbox beverages, but I also love their brand. So it makes me very happy to see these beatboxes in a 711 nearest me!

This 711 is the worst I've been to the supposed employee eddi ( see pic) doesn't have a employee id number so he may add money to my cashapp although this is the location that cashapp said to come to, to be able to load my money onto my card. He denied me and said wait for til 700am it is 510am( ND I'm on bike trying to take care of my payments that I need my card to do) but he doesn't have an employee id to access the ability to do so on the register

Yesterday around 8 PM, I arrived at my neighborhood 7-11 accompanied by my son. As a local, I often visit this particular store. I came in to celebrate 7-11 day and enjoy a complimentary slushie. However, the woman in front of me was already grabbing slushies with the free cups, while the man behind the counter refused to give me one, stating that the promotion had ended at 7 PM. I accepted it without any issue and decided to purchase my own lottery ticket instead. To my dismay, the man informed me that I needed to fill out a new sheet for my regular numbers. Although slightly inconvenient, I agreed to do so. Unfortunately, there was no pen available at the counter. The man suggested that I go home and retrieve a pen before returning. It's worth mentioning that since the change in management, the new hires at the store have displayed disturbing levels of racism and prejudice. This has been my only negative experience thus far.

After wanting to get some Coffee i realized that the Coffee was cold u asked the cashier if he could make it hot he said no and he said that he didn't want to make all customers happy.

This place was awful to me. The store attendant made me empty my pockets because he thought I was stealing. After I showed him that the only thing I had in my sweater was my phone and wallet, he called me homeless "All you homeless come in here and steal" I told him I was not homeless just going to work. He told me "You're lucky you are not living in my country" I responded, "You are lucky you are living in MINE!" Then he asked what country I was from. I told him, "THIS COUNTRY RIGHT HERE SIR, are you going to serve me or not" HE accused me of stealing again. I asked him to check his security cameras and call the police I would wait for him. This is unacceptable. After suffering a long illness my clothes are baggy and I am weak. But I am still a gainfully employed Hispanic American. AND NOONE deserves to be treated this way by 7-11!
