Subject: Complaint Regarding Cashier’s Rude Behavior – Store #26213 (7-Eleven, 6760 Reseda Blvd, CA 91335)
To Whom It May Concern,
I’m writing to formally report a very disappointing experience I had at your store on May 25, 2025 @11:15 PM.
That evening, I went in to purchase a gallon of milk. The display showed the price as $4.79, but when I went to pay, the cashier rang it up as $6.19. I politely informed the cashier that the price on display was different and asked him to verify it. Unfortunately, the cashier responded in a very rude and dismissive manner, stating, “It’s $6.19, take it or leave it” and refused to check the price.
When I asked for his name, he refused to provide it. I told him I would be reporting this behavior to his supervisor, to which he replied, “I don’t care.”
Please understand that my issue is not about the price, but about the lack of basic customer service and respect. No customer should be treated this way.
I have attached photos for reference, including the price display.
Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this location unless this issue is addressed appropriately. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and ensure that your staff are trained in proper customer service.

I tried purchasing gift cards through debit card just like every store and other 7-11 locations. However, I was profiled and employee said no that he will only take cash asking rudely “do I got cash?” Fortunately, spent no money and will not ever at this location.

Doesn't participate in the Free Slurpee day. I got charged for it. Yet they still decided to put the Slurpee Day SIGN in their store.
Besides, when I asked if this location was giving the slurpees, whe cashier just said "No" and said the price. He said it kinda sharply in my opinion. AND they don't have the TAB cards even when the tab site says they do. AND they never have any special merch from 7Eleven. Like the Pac-Man collab. ZERO items of it.
?? Next time at least don't put the freaking sign.
Plus: I'm not sure if it was a Slurpee what the person before me was taking, but I clearly heard the cashier saying "It's free".
So... did he just wanted ME to pay for it? That's just me 'cause I couldn't see if the person had a Slurpee or not but I saw her by that area too. So if what I think it's true, then makes me feel about this place and that cashier man even worse.

I purchase my coffee every weekend from the new coffee expreso machine and it's really good it just needs HIGHER QUALITY cleaning, there's dead roaches and alive roaches on the coffe area, coffee pots dispenser, please make it clean, make customers wanted to buy coffee.

If you ask for new food that hasn't been sitting there since opening, these guys will throw the biggest fits. I know it's the furthest thing from a dinner but it's not like they're making the food from scratch either

Very rude dishonest employees. As I was walking out with my free slurpee and some other stuff a father and his two children walked and asked if they still have the free slurpee promotion, the old guy told them no it was over. The kids were so disappointed, so father asked if he was sure and the employee insisted that it was over. So I went to put my stuff in the car and walked back in to explain how they can get their free slurpees through the app. He was glaring at me the whole time. Not to mention when I first went in their was a sign to explain how to get the free slurpee next to the machines but it was hidden by a giant big gulp mug so I moved it out of the way, and when I went back in to explain to the family the sign was hidden again! (Yep I moved it out of the way again) ?

They removed my review, I will take them to small claim court again if they try to deny it again. I already got my money bank through my bank, they charge you cash back sometimes without letting you know. Avoid this location
