  They sold me rotten chicken and when I said it to them a few hours later, it was shrugged off like I am a vermin. No. I am not a vermin. I am human. I understand they are just employees, but yet, I am still human and they gave me two portions of chicken for 11 dollars or 11.50 and it was "ROTTEN". I couldn't eat it and threw them away.I did not go there a few hours later to complain but to buy something else since I live close by, but it so happened that they had the same chicken at that time. I just mentioned to the guy at the counter that I got two small portions in the morning and that it was rotten. I didn't ask for money or some kind of man worship. They do not care.One customer less does not affect 7-11. BUT, I am still human.Cheers.

  This 7-Eleven needs to be shut down and everything removed and fumigation needs to be done ASAP there are RATS AND MICE NEAR THE FREEZER AND WHERE THE DELIVERIES SIT AGAINST THE WALL TURN OFF.. this deserves no stars but couldn’t make a review otherwise. Let’s get these owners out of here or them something like help remodeling and fumigation DONE!! ASAP rude employees as well.

  Got nothing against the employees, this one goes out to corporate/franchise owner to this location & then one on Sherman Way & Lindly. Fix your trash a** registers! All the god damn time I need to swipe 5 times for a damn purchase. And, takes 4 attempts to do cash back. Pathetic, this type of tech issues should be resolved! Stop sitting on your a** and get to work.

  Walked through the open doors during business hours (the store is 24/7) only to be told that they’re closed. Think i was racially profiled.

  "Hurry up Im closing". Y'all literally been closed this long to have people who are rude behind the counter. It was honestly disrespectful. I don't talk to people the way he felt entitled to talk to us. Not to mention in his hurry to scan our products he scanned one twice. And if we didn't notice we would have been paying an extra $4 on top of getting the boot. I'm just gunna act like you guys are still closed because I'm not about to put myself in a situation to get disrespected by your employees again.
