Quite possibly the worst repair work I have ever had done on any vehicle. The panels they “repaired” did not match the texture of the rest of the vehicle. The paint job was so bad it was laughable. I’m honestly lost for words at how bad this place is. One star is a star too many for this awful shop

I was devasted when I hit a tree after some idiot veered into our lane :(. So I called my ex and he referred me to 818 Autobody and it was Edwin that was handling my baby. He was so understanding and assured me that my car would be safe and if it can be repaired ... oh please I hope so!! That it was in Good hands. I called my ins company and so far ....I know I have ths best team working on my baby. I will keep you posted on the outcome but so far I give them 5 stars because when tragic things happen and someone you don't know offers help and support.....I know they are getting paid but it still feels good to be dealing with reliable people!!

Edwin is the best!! He has made a couple repairs to my poor car and has always been thoughtful of my finances, considerate of my time and a pleasure with which to work.

This place is great. Had a dent on my trunk from backing into my trash can. Got quoted 2k to fix at another place. Took it in to 818, and they were able to pop out the dent and bluff out the paint free of charge. Class act.

First of all I don't know who wrote the first two reviews but it must of been someone that works at 818 auto body because the service was terrible, the woman behind the desk had poor grammar, barely spoke english which made it very hard for us to communicate, I find it strange that the person that talks on the phone most of the day can't even speak this nations language, don't get me wrong I love accents but not when people are trying to hide they're stupidity behind it.
When I spoke to man Handling my car he was nice and told me I had nothing to worry about and I was in good hands, but at the end of the day that was just smoke and mirrors to get my money, they took an extra week to finish my car plus they didn't do most of the repairs they said they'd do, they just waxed all the spots they said they fixed as if I would not notice that. When I call to talk to them the woman behind the desk argue with me, as I struggled to explain to her what happened she kept telling me I was wrong and I got what I got! and then hung up on me, so I got taken for a ride, I know I was crooked, I will be giving this information to my colleagues
at work, I work for NBC people must know of these snakes.
So if your car needs bodywork done, don't make the same mistake I did, don't go to this place because they're just gonna rip you off, do your homework and find a good place that will keep you in the loop about the progress of you car and dose not try to double talk you ... Good luck
