The employee looked at me and completely ignored me. It says open 24/7 but apparently not as the employee inside didnt want to assist patrons waiting outside. There is a “doorbell” which i dont think works and if the store is closed the employee didnt bother doing a hand motion or saying so.

Rude customer service. Tamil was being shouted at by another rude customer before me and decided to project that anger and treat me rudely as well after their interaction. I’m shaking with how upset I am. I spoke to Tamil in the calmest manner with a low & friendly tone, yet I did not receive that back and he did not want to give contact information of the owner or management. His reasoning for his behavior was due to his paycheck cut which he expressed after I calmly called out his behavior, but regardless he should not take his frustrations out on other people. Other people are going through a hard time and you still see others treating people in a kind manner.

Awful service. I always go there at least 5 times per week. This guy Victor has the most horrible customer service he was yelling at me when I went to the restroom really quick and he said I was there for 10 minutes when it took me less that 5 and he told me that I was taking to long. And I wasn’t finished purchasing my stuff and he was arguing with me and using a very loud voice

5 stars for the morning car wash, gas, and staff. I always make sure I come here early in the morning because the afternoon gees busy and there are long wait times.I mostly come here for the car wash because it’s fast and efficient. The prices are $7, $9, or $11 depending on which one you get. I usually get the middle one which includes a wax glaze.They always have great deal on drinks and baked good as well and a good place to buy lottery tickets. I like that you can do everything all at once

Stopped by for a car wash and what a waste of $7 - the machine didn't even use any soap all it did was spray water and then rinse it off and dry. Horrible, what a scam!

Let's just say, I wouldn't recommend it, if you are in a hurry like I was, you'll get horrible maybe worse service at that location on Saticoy in Reseda. Try not to go there! If you ask them for help, they will ignore you and possibly call you stupid!

My debit card was charged for a car wash. When I pulled up to the wash, it had cones in front of it. They then told me it wasn't working. Asked for my $$$ back and they said they couldn't do it because I used debit. If these stupid mother******s told me that before they charged me, I would have went somewhere else. This place is a dishonest piece of s***, and I'm NEVER going there again!!!!!!! So f*****n pissed right now

Back when I used to full my car with gas here I went inside to grab some candy because I was craving it and I kid you not the worker was smoking a blunt in the back while I was waiting for him to come ring me up for my candy and from that day on I switched gas stations entirely
