“I have been a customer of Reseda Bicycles for more than 3 decades. As a kid my parents brought me in all the way til present day. They know me and pretty sure they know me. .. I do not trust many people touching my bicycle. But I have no problem with any of the bike mechanics here fixing my bike. Thanks again fellas. See ya soon”
“Great service. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. This is why I like going to a store as opposed to ordering online. Am very happy with my new MTB shoes and helmet.”
“I hadn't done any maintenance on my ebike since I bought it 2 years ago so you can imagine how bad it needed it. I thought I only needed a tune up but there were a lot of issues with my bicycle I didn't know about. These guys went above and beyond to get it all done in a timely manner. They're affordable as well. Best e-bike shop I've ever been to. No matter where you're coming from, it's worth the drive for the quality of work.”
“Well, I'm always going to fix my bike there... apart from the fact that it's the one closest to me... eeeeh is a joke... seriously, they have always treated me very well and with a smile... very nice... GOD KEEP BLESSING!”
“I have been going to Paul for years for servicing my bike and recently bought some Mondraker e-bikes from him. Paul was super helpful and had the bikes set up and dialed in perfectly. He also gave us an excellent deal and even had financing options.”
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
A rare gem of a bike shop—Atomic Cycles and Paul are the real deal.
If you’re lucky enough to stumble across Atomic Cycles in North Hollywood, you’ve found something special—an old-school, no-frills, soul-of-cycling kind of place. This isn’t some sleek boutique with overpriced parts and cookie-cutter service. This is Paul’s shop—a one-man operation, part museum, part workshop, part time machine—and entirely awesome.
I recently pulled two bikes out of storage after 25+ years of collecting dust. One was a cruiser-style 21-speed, the other my old Klein Stage Comp road bike from my triathlon days. My son is just getting into cycling, so I wanted to see if they could be resurrected. Enter Paul.
From the moment you walk in, you’re hit with nostalgia—cluttered racks, retro parts, classic bikes stacked everywhere, and zero e-bikes (don’t even mention them—Paul will make his feelings known! ?). Then you meet Paul himself: a lean, strong, greying guy in his 50s with oil-stained hands, a frayed shirt, and the calm intensity of a mad scientist-mechanic who knows his craft inside and out.
He’s not there to upsell you or push gimmicks. Paul is a caretaker of bicycles. He brought both my bikes back to life for a price that was literally a fraction of what the big box bike shops wanted to charge. And his work? Impeccable. No BS. Just honest, high-skill labor from someone who clearly lives and loves the cycling life.
If you want e-bike talk and shiny sales floors, go elsewhere. If you want someone who treats your bike like it’s a piece of living history and will get it running better than ever—go see Paul.
This place is more than a bike shop—it’s a living piece of cycling culture. I’m grateful I found it.”

“Driving through Topanga Canyon yesterday I finally stopped in to explore this unique and intriguing store and was so happy I did. Chris and Eric were so kind and friendly, the shop was warm and inviting and the handmade leather products beautiful. I will definitely be back and highly recommend.”
“The owners of the shop helped us out personally and were very kind, knowledgeable people. They have a decently wide selection and also repair bikes at an affordable cost. Couldn't recommend more!!”
“Bought a used BMX on FB Marketplace and went here to have them tighten up bolts and brakes. I also asked a lot of questions and they were quite helpful and not condescending.”
“Fantastic shop, accommodated me after multiple local shops refused the fix. Quick turn around, fair price and a friendly atmosphere. I was described everything that was done at my request, and learned a bit in the process. 5 genuine stars.”
“Stopped by Wheel World in Woodland Hills today to pick up my son's Giant Trance X2 MTB and couldn't of had a better experience. Great group of guys, especially Tad (Thaddeus) who helped us from the moment we walked in. Although we researched this particular bike for my son's needs prior to ordering Tad gave us more info on the bike and confirmed that it was the right choice which made us feel even better about the purchase. He had my son take it for a spin and made some minor adjustments after and went over the all warranty info with us. Great transaction, quick and efficient. I also met Andreus the bike builder/mechanic who was a great guy as well. Everyone was very personable and welcoming. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.”
“Found this shop tucked away on Laurel Canyon Blvd. after trying at least 4 others in the area. I was extremely pleased at the competence, service, pricing and turnaround time.Primary bike: riding occasionally 2 years after 3 years of not much use. Needed a check-up; had been told the chain needed replacing. Chain was OK, did maintenance, explained everything. Detailed the bike and it looks like new!Back-up bike: with this success, I took my back-up bike in for the same treatment. Derailer, chain, tires, tubes - yes, way more expensive. To be fair, all this was deferred maintenance, probably for 8 years. Everything was needed. Also cleaned & detailed - even my back-up bike looks like new. And I feel confident in riding it, or loaning to a friend. The store has great-looking merchandise, nicely displayed.I find the poor reviews puzzling. On all my visits, I observed staff waiting on other customers. Courteous, professional, helping them get what they needed. I've already passed the word to two neighbors. They had the same experience & have shared w others.”
“I took my electrical bike because the back wheel had issues. They fixed it and now my bike runs like new! Recommend this shop for people who are looking for great customer service and a great outcome.”
