As soon as I walked in, I was effectively directed, guided and advised. I wanted a new BB gun and stopped at Turners first because I figured a firearms dealer would also have great BB guns.
As it turned out, Big 5 had a far more impressive and comprehensive inventory beyond my expectations. Buying too many things quickly became a concern for me.
The best part about my visit was Brenda’s knowledgeable and effective assistance.
Brenda answered my questions with ease, clear familiarity and confidence. It was impressive. I left with a BB gun that is a replica of the Glock 19X—which I didn’t even know was available. I am very happy with my purchase. 5 stars.

This is the second time I've come to the store and 15 minutes before the doors were closed and today I only wanted some grips for my tennis rackets and they didn't want to help me. 🤬🤬

I can’t believe the audacity of the staff here , I’m a constant customer here and they harass me every time I come in . Calling the manager to the front and asking me if I need help every 5 min doesn’t make the customer very comfortable! This is probably why they get their merchandise stolen ! Treat people with respect ! It’s the least u can do

This place is always a mess. The signs are not placed correctly with the appropriate sale items. The staff is no help and barely around. Won't be returning here.

Came in looking for dumbells. I wanted the adjustable ones, but they didn't have those. They did have the steel basic ones, which I ended up getting. The people working here were friendly. I'd say the selection was limited, but the price paid was under $100 for the basic bars. the weights were more costly.

Shout out to Big 5 on Victory Bl in Winnetka, CA. I bought a pair of shoes while traveling in Tooele, UT. When I got home, I needed to exchange them - one of the lacing hooks had broken. On 01/08/2024, I went into my local store, and they did the exchange with absolutely NO HASSLE. They went and got me a new pair, processed the exchange, and I was out of there within five minutes. Kudos to Big 5 Sporting Goods, Charles
