I cant emphasize enough about Vicente and his fam. First of all very nice people and personable so that was a huge plus. I Got into a crash yesterday and had a really bad power steering leak. Thought it was an oil line But it was the powering steering return line and it was gushing out of the racking pin. Plus a snapped tire rod. And Vicente showed me exactly what it was and for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him for everyone. I also will be taking my transmission to get rebuilt to him in the next month or two. He’s the only guy I trust with transmissions. Take your car here you won’t be regret it. Update….. when i went and picked up the car it was on a Saturday when they close earlier than normal. Him and his fam waited until the part showed up past waiting closing hours and still let us come pick it up. Very kind of them. Very satisfied!

This business took our car in for repair and has been closed for two weeks now - the business never calls back, never replies to messages. To this day, we still have no response from the owner, and we don't know when we may be able to get our car back. At this point, this business seems nothing but a fraud. Do not use this business. Do not even get quotes. They talked to us only to get our car into the shop, and now we may be left without a car at all.

Quick responses, efficient service, fairly priced, and they were willing to use parts I already had! Dropped my car off, had it back in an hour, no upsell or surprise fees. Couldn't be happier!

Came here for my spark plugs and it was a very pleasant experience. The business is family owned and they speak both English and Spanish, they're very responsive to messages. Overall, the service and price for the labor of my spark plugs was reasonable and affordable.

Vincente was pleasant on phone but in person was very condescending. He did not like it when I asked questions about my car or prices to fix it. I took if for a particular issue but he wanted to do do other maintenance. The shop was closed for a week but no message advising it was closed. When I finally got in touch with him we agreed on date and time to bring car in. I showed up and it was closed. I called him and he said he would be there in twenty minutes. The parking lot is horrible. Nowhere to park.He told me would text me a list of what needs to be repaired. That was a week ago. I even called to check on text. He said he would send list. Still received nothing. Left him VM and text and he didn't respond. Very unprofessional.

First let me say that not all jobs are are going to have the same outcome when it comes to repairing used cars. I've saved tons of money working on my own car. In this case the transmission wasn't something that I wanted to deal with after already dropping it once and failing to fix a worn bearing in the transmission. It was pricey but not nearly as pricey as his competitor. He quoted me a price and he stuck to it. I showed up with no appointment as I let him know it wasn't a super rush but would need it in about 5 days. I was beyond surprised when I got a call the next day letting me know it was ready. Knowing how much work is involved in dropping a transmission I found it hard to believe. Well it's been 3 weeks as and the car is running great!This is quality and trust that you won't find with too many mechanics. A lot of what you'll be charged with is overpaying for parts, poor job, parts not being replaced at all, patch work or damage to your car. Before you turn your car in get multiple people to look at the problem. Not diagnose just have a look. Like I mentioned I know quite a bit about cars and it really made my experience with Vicente a smooth one. If you're clueless you'll be at the mercy of a great mechanic or someone taking advantage of your ignorance. From my experience I can tell you the Vicente is not the latter of the two. If you have transmission issues Vicente is your guy!

Never answers the phone....I am trying to schedule a transmission oil change, but I have called for a week now and multiple times at different times and no answer at all!! Awful
