Customer service is great (courteous and knowledgeable, no waiting). It is informative along the time i was waiting for my car to get fixed on the repairing progress update. Pickup car is also straightforward. They also helped my car clean both inside and onside. Happy with the experience.

This is my third review of Caliber. They did an excellent job fixing my car and made it look like new. Not bad for a 2008! There was a little hiccup but they took good care of me , got me a rental car and fixed the problem and then even had my car detailed and looking awesome .
