Quick service and they are rarely too crowded. The ATM's are located in a 24 section that during the night time hours is very secure, to enter you need to use your debit or credit card. Much better than most, that are outside.

Almost always there is an open ATM, just walk up and take care of business. Inside, you are always greeted by a friendly customer service representative. They get you to the right person to take care of your needs. I recommend this bank to all who want a good and caring banking service.

Terrible attention, between the manager and the supervisor, they were super ordinary, they laughed at what I told them, I tried to file a complaint and they refused! I'm going to change banks! I can't stand them anymore!

The man helping me wasn't grasping the concept of what I was saying to have my papers notarized. I kept telling him my current dr license was lost n I have an link that is temp. He kept saying an extension of ....I wasn't helped , provided same info to van Nuys location n it was done

Well it didn't let my friend in , she forgot her card and tried using her phone to get in. But it didn't work ,when it does work it's great nice , clean and big.

Can't access the ATM after hours. Total BS, all the other banks in the area have 24 hour ATMs. It's absolutely ridiculous. Screw Chase.
