They have roaches!! I saw two literally crawling on the lady doing my toes. They are infested because i seen baby roaches. It was far from a relazing pampering experience. Will never be back

Got my nails done for prom and they look so pretty, very speedy service for sure but she did a pretty great job. Beautiful shape and color match to my references.

Good prices for eyebrow waxing and spa pedi.. but place isn't really clean.not even sure they clean their equipment and tools properly. And they have rap on as music . Not really relaxing environment.

Worse set of nails I've ever gotten. Cuticles were covered in acrylic. Uneven thickness. Shape was supposed to be coffin medium length. I got square long thick ugly. The worst. Shop is dirty. They switch from one person to another. Don't go to this place. My nails are going to be soaked off. I'm really upset I paid $55 for terrible service.

I only got my nails removed. It was a disgusting painful experience. This lady had dirty nails and was trying to rip my nails off with her nasty dirty finger nails. Terrible

Yes, if I could give them no stars I would. I came in a couple days ago. They barely interact with clients upon entering the salon. The customer service is not hospitable nor serviceable. My nails beds are messed up because of this salon. They took too much skin off claiming to be removing cuticles.

i have never written a review before... let alone a bad one. but let me tell you something!!! this place is HORRIBLE. I had booked an appointment for 3pm. I didn't get seated until almost 4:30. the guy shaping my nails did an ok job, he was very messy and was rushing and got acrylic all over my fingers. but let me tell you about the lady next to him who did my design. she was very sloppy and immediately shut me down the minute i tried to speak up about how something looked. i tried to tell her it looked a little funny ONCE and she cut me off. I didn't speak up after that. she left my nails AWFUL. they're bumpy, i have cuts all over my fingers, i got an airbrush design and she didn't even clean it up with acetone afterwards so you can already tell how they looked. im not gonna lie.... I did cry after I paid because of how ugly they are.

i have been coming to this nail salon for over 6+ years & every time i go in for a new set, i am satisfied even more. my sets always catch everyone's attention and they ask me ' who is your nail tech ?! ' and i normally do not gate-keep but for my nails i sometimes do because every time i refer people to my nail tech the appointments get harder and harder to book every time. their work never disappoints me and i will always proceed to walk out satisfied.
