I got to the branch at 4:05pm, there was a couple with the only teller and three more people before me. They take long, very long. In the line, we start talking about how this is the only branch with this problem and how this particular cashier is very slow all the time. A couple of people came in and left when they see the line not moving. After about 30 minutes, one of the executives goes in and tries to help the teller. She comes out 5 minutes later ( I have been there for 35 minutes already) and says she is sorry but there is only one cashier and the transaction he is on (still!) will take another 15 to 20 minutes! You should have told me that 30 minutes ago! We are customers! We have things to do! A visit to the bank should not take more than 15 to 20 minutes! That cashier cannot be left alone and we all know it! They need more tellers. It makes your brand look really bad!

They should just shut it down, honestly. I've never been here where the wait to see a teller is less than 15 to 20 minutes. Nobody knows how Citibank as an organization works, they just tell you to do everything online when asked a very simple question. I know Citibank has gone downhill since I became a customer 20 years ago, and this branch is like a living museum to every every customer complaint they have pulled up over the years. Take the DMV, spice it up with waiting for the cable company all day and then add on moving and you will still not come come close to what it's like to be a customer of this location

This bank is great. Almost always empty. No lines! Yea!!Super friendly staff. Especially Sharron. She is always a pleasure to talk to. But, everyone is very nice. I love coming here. Fast in and out.

Worst place to go for any kind of service. Went in for a transaction that should of cleared my account when having the funds available and having overdraft protection. Non of it worked and they rejected my transaction. This was a system error on their part and all I wanted is a letter. One simple letter stating it was Citibank's fault that my transaction didn't clear because of their system error. When I and another customer arrived to be helped by a personal banker. Fatima Sahill said she was going to lunch and whatever letter I needed will need to be done by their customer service 800 number. To call them and they can do an investigation and provide a letter. She told the other customer to wait until the other personal banker to come back from lunch. Not having anyone else for lunch rotations is really poor customer service. So I called the 800 number where she referred me too and they told me they can't help me and to go back to the branch. Everyone just passing the bucked and I got no where. Then I called Fatima Sahill at the branch and she said owell if they can't help you we can't neither with the letter that you want. Then she hung up on me. This is just horrible horrible customer service. Im not asking for money or copies of bank statements. All I want is a letter so that the DMV don't charge late fees and penalties for an error that Citibank did. I get they have guidelines and protocols they have to follow but at least go over beyond for your customers, own it, to at least get someone to help with their issues. I'm definitely closings all my accounts and sending a letter to corporate office. Hopefully they can change the ways to help their customers and hold accountable the people that didn't help me.

Opens at 10am, but it is not branch fault. Good customer service, quick, they have notary for free for customers, but need an appointment

Everyone from the guard outside to the teller are friendly. No hassle, they move the lines . Always in an out ;) this location is one of better ones. usually stuck going to the location on Tampa next to the northridge mall. Which is a horrible branch. Cant say enough bad things about that one.

If I have time I would be giving out 1 star to all banks in the state of CA. What's the point of having 10 windows if you are you going to have 2 bank tellers working? I am sick of seeing this in every single banks. At least have 5 tellers not 2.

Fatima has always been our go to person at this branch. My mother is aging and having trouble managing her finances. Over the last two years Fatima has patiently guided us through our issues with our mom.

I'm personally calling out Fatima Sahill. You should be fired for the worst customer service. You thought you were superior to a potential customer and went out of your way to be absolutely rude. I had all the correct documentation in front of you and you said it would take a day to get back to me even though you could have picked up the phone to call your legal department. You took my ID and checked it and faxed the doc to legal. You did call me back the next day and I said just answer my question over the phone and you then lied and said I had to come back in to check my ID. I told you, you checked it yesterday and you actually lied and said you didn't. So I had to go back in so you could tell me a single word to me. You are a rude lady who should not work in a public bank. Your Manager should fire you for going out of your way to be rude and willing to lie on top of it all.
