Great customer service from Ana, Rosa, Grace and the staff of Citibank, Northridge, Fashion Ctr, 9051 Tampa Ave, Northridge, CA 91324. This was my first time to give a good review for this branch, which I should have done when I opened accounts with Grace in 2020 and then opened a CD with Rosa last year. This morning I went to the bank after 10:30 am which was one hour early (had an appointment with Rosa at 11:30am) who was with a customer. Ana, a banker/teller asked me if I need help. I told her that I have an appointment with Rosa at 11:30am however I have to go to the auto mechanic and I can't make it at 11:30am since it may take more than 1 hour for the car maintenance. Ana helped me renew the CD in few minutes which gave me enough time to go to the mechanic and I didn't have to come back to meet my appointment with Rosa. Again, thanks so much to Ana, Rosa, Grace and the staff of Citibank, Tampa Avenue.

TERRIBLE bank!!! Wanted to pay on credit card bill with cash, told me they don't accept???? What's better than cash? Not friendly, not helpful. Will cancel card. Thanks for nothing. Going to U S Bank where I can get served with respect. Many negative reviews, no wonder....

if you do business with this bank your a fool that double charge interest is above all others wouldn't use them ever agian I had two accounts paid a payment to one and it was sent to the other which wasn't due for two weeks then charged 140. 00 to close the other which had a 69 dollar balance

I tried to open a CD online through Citibank as their rates were pretty good. They had me open an external savings account from which to access money to be transferred to the CD. The process seemed rather complicated with them making small additions and subtractions from the account and then having me call them and tell them the amounts. It is a security protocol I am sure so OK I did that. Rep said fine the account would be open in 3 days. In the mail I received letters welcomin me to Citibank. However, when I checked I found no money had been deposited. Called them Said bank account was not operable even though they had made deposits and withdrawals to account Bottom line they told me they could do nothing and closed the account. They had no way to determine why the transfer wouldnt go through and it was up to me to find out why. I do not work for the banks involved. I am the customer. Since it worked for the small deposits and withdrawals, why didnt they find out what went wrong? Said they could start an investigation which would take some time. Really? This is how they treat coustomers? So disapointed

They would not cash my check even though it is a citibank check there excuse was that I wasn't a citibank card holder..... maybe think twice before banking with these people

I went in to submit some paperwork to update my account. I didn't have my drivers license with me. And the bank teller is so nice to wait while I went out to get it. She gave me some information too about their products.

This review is for the drive thru atm only. FYI this is the only Citibank that has a drive thru that's closest to me. Been trying to make cash deposits the past 4 times at this atm drive thru, and EVERY single time it won't accept my cash. No, I don't deposit more than 50 bills (like stated on machine), and the cash I use is not wrinkled or damaged. So I don't understand why it won't take my money. I depend on this drive thru cause I always have my baby with me. It's just very frustrating and inconvenient that I have to take my baby out of his car seat and go down and make a deposit. Please fix the drive thru atm!!!

Worse customer service ever, I was told by Rosa to call back by certain time and I did which she not available from a person answer my call and told me call back 1/2 hour later and so I am thinking it's better to leave a message that she can call me back in her convenient and she never did, this also go to the person took my message as well I know she didn't not write down my number when I told her have Rosa call me back she quickly hang up while I gave my number.. wish I can give zero star.

Horrible service! Made me wait an hour and still got no help. They were closing already and were more interested in handing me a business card to call a number instead that I had already called with no help! Which is why I went to the bank!

Horrible customer service. Came in to cash my state check the gentleman who did not have a name tag or even a name post on his window deposited the check then put a hold on it. When I explained it's a state check and that I didn't want him to deposit but cash it he played d*** as if he didn't hear me . And told me he cant do anything about. I asked to speak to manager on was not available she was with a client and asked me if she can call me back as it will take a while this branch is always short staffed and the the staff her barely understands anything you are talking about. Never coming back to this branch horrible service

We opened our account in Citibank in Northridge. We have never met such a professional group of bankers. Mrs. Annie Seukunian manages and operates the branch at a very high standard. We appreciate all of her hard work and we thank her tremendously. Because of her we are relocating all of our banks Citibank Northridge. Thank you

They denied cashing my check because they didn't believe I made as much money as my check said complete discrimination I also filed a report I have cashed my checked here before on the 12/14 but was denied this time for no reason because they didn't believe I made as much money as my check said.
