I had such a wonderful experience with Manal! She is so amazing, helped my mom and I find what we were looking for. She went above and beyond for us ordering the items that we need. Thank you again Manal for being so great!

Waiting for a prescription. My 8 year old was visibly sick and in need of the restroom. They would not let him use it. Now I understand why their rating is so low

Wow coming on here to write a review doesn't surprise me on how badly these reviews are!! The customer service is horrible!! The two worker that was working at 7:10 on Friday Dec 27th 2024 were the worst!! Especially the guy with the long hair!! I am not going into my story because the energy is too ridiculous to write!! However, your establishment need to take this low rating seriously!! They both lack communication/customer skills!! Do better!! Or I will take my business somewhere else!!

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with an incident that occurred this evening at your local CVS store located at victory and Tampa. At approximately 8:32 PM, my wife and I were shopping at this CVS when we experienced unprofessional and aggressive behavior from an employee named Fred.
While I was gathering items for my household, I went to retrieve a shopping cart while holding my small Pomeranian puppy, who had recently undergone surgery on his arm. Fred, whose photo is attached to this review, appeared to assume I was attempting to steal and nearly hit me with his cart while moving back some go-back items but claimed he was only doing his job. I do not need to steal nor be assured of such a thing.
This interaction escalated when I approached the checkout. Fred confronted my wife and me in a manner that was both argumentative and aggressive. Although Javier, a supervisor on-site, attempted to manage the situation, Fred continued to act in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner, further escalating the tension.
It is extremely disheartening to experience such treatment at a local CVS store, especially when my intentions were only to gather a few things for my home. Being unfairly targeted and treated in this way is unacceptable. I am left feeling as though I was discriminated against without cause.
I am requesting that corporate management investigate this incident and contact me directly to address this matter. I also want to raise awareness that Fred’s behavior could be viewed as discriminatory, and it is concerning that he might treat other customers in a similarly prejudiced manner.
Thank you for your attention to this issue. I look forward to hearing from you and hope this situation can be resolved in a professional manner.
Also to note I have a recorded conversation with the supervisor who gave consent to be recorded acknowledging Fred’s behavior.

Sometimes I can find what I'm looking for and sometimes I can't.
I really appreciate the self checkout that way. I don't have to wait in a line and suffer.
I still I appreciate that there's a CVS not too far from me.
I have no doubt that the people in the pharmacy are harassed every so often by different people. I don't try to harass the people in the pharmacy, but I have to ask a question. I have to wait in a line and suffer, and then ask my question. And they are helpful.
Therefore, I'm very appreciative and thankful that there are chairs to sit so that I don't have to stand in that line. If there is a line, I can sit in a chair and wait my turn even if it takes me an hour.

If you want the Pharmacist (short male) to tell everyone in line what you’re getting medication for, by all means, come to this CVS!
With the long lines and lack of staff patience, bad service is expected, but I did not expect for the pharmacist to break HIPAA law-not only for me, but the person in front of me.
I shut him down when he said my illness out loud, but for the person in front of me, he was judgmental of their illness, told them he didn’t have time to look into their prescription and suggested for them to use GOOGLE brushing them off because he didn’t have enough time to help them.
It’s disgusting and rude behavior!
This person should work elsewhere if they choose to not do their job.

CVS… 19353 Victory Blvd in Reseda! Fred has worked for this company for over 30 years! Ask for him! He will tell you all about how to save money while you shop there! So patient, well-spoken and knowledgeable, and just an all-around great guy! He made my night tonight! Thank you, Fred!
