No items I was looking for this store DOESNT mostly restock on there stuff staff was rude and was not helping I asked where the bonnet is and he said there was nun left and when I went to look there was a bunch left and there was only one staff helping so I had to self scan big disappointment

Always closed 20 mins before 11pm
I get off work to make a deposit here because all the other locations say they close at 10:00, why this one stays open only 30 minutes later I may never know. But it's the wrost CVS in the area anyways

Not all of my prescriptions were transferred to CVS after Walgreens departure from our neighborhood. CVS comes through again to correct the error. Great Service always at CVS. Thank you.

I won’t be coming to this pharmacy again. Poor service and a little rude. I made an appointment for a specific shot and right away I was told that they didn’t have it until the worker next to her saw my voucher and actually told her that it was available and she needed to look for it. She was lost but when she found it and gave me my shot I was just sent away (meaning there was no place for me to sit down for 15 minutes or anything). I wouldn’t have mind if she was a new worker or apprentice but I saw that her badge had 10 years of working with CVS. Crazy that someone with that much experience has that little customer service :(

I attempted to call in a prescription from a provider's office for our patient who just had surgery. I advised our patient to just go home and rest and his wife could pick up his prescription. A woman from CVS picked up the phone and advised me I had to send it electronically. I informed her my systems have been down the whole morning. She told me to give the patient a written prescription. I informed her the patient already left our office.
She proceeded to tell me very rudely that I needed to send it in electronically. Again I told her that our systems were down and just she hung up on me.
How RUDE and very poor customer service. That's how you treat providers who give you business??
