I was very disappointed with the customer service and the quality of the staff I encountered when I visited their establishment. They were not professional, and their language was very poor. I will not be returning to their establishment in the near future. These people referred to my niece as a “Mott” because she was bi-racial laughing about it. Never again I will pay for poor customer service.

I've been a customer for several years now. They are VERY clean and everybody is friendly. It's run by family. They are a walk in type of business and can get very busy. It's cash only and like all small businesses the prices did go up. Their hours of operation have changed and they don't take customers close to closing. Because like all humans, they have to clean up and want to be home at a certain time :)

Though nice, their prices are ridiculous. In the last 2 months they have increased the cost of gel Mani and Pedi by $20, $10 in the last week. A spa that warrants $65 for a Mani and Pedi, they are not.

I have been going to Danle Nails for along time. They are a basic nail place but I love the service. I can usually walk right in , prices are right. They only take cash but that isn't a problem for me.

I used to come here years ago and then found better options in the neighborhood. Today I called and made a 5 PM appointment which was confirmed and when I arrived they said there was no such thing and that they were closing even though their hours outside say until 730. I won't be going back. This place has always been a little bit rude sloppy and disorganized and there are now better alternatives in the neighborhood.

This place is a joke. They're stubborn effort to make you get gel colors is ridiculous. My daughter went there yesterday to get a full set and pedicure and she showed them the color she wanted in regular polish and they told her yes. But once they got started they pulled out gel color and told them no gel. Then they said oh no we can't. They put on a white that was meant for French tip. When I went to get her she was upset and I called to let them know, but they were already closed. I called this morning and she told me I had to pay extra to change the color. She was very rude in responding and and wouldn't let me talk. Then I was trying to talk abd hung up the phone on me. Very rude snd unprofessional. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!

They are so rude. The older woman that answer the phone is the worst. The owner seems more friendly. The only reason I still go here is for kathy. She's great at pedicures. Very gentle and takes her time with ingrowns. Never rushes the process. 5 stars for Kathy. 1 star for the establishment

Worst customer service ever ... !!! Gel only last less than a week !! They don't shape nails properly ... Work is sloppy with Polish on my skin .. They don't clean their tools or even sanitize the seats or tables after clients!!! ZERO stars! Never coming back

I have been coming here for 5yrs I been a loyal customer up until today ! I asked for a design on my nails that I thought I would like ! After leaving the salon I realized they weren't what I expected on top of the fact the work seemed rushed and the lines were not the best. I asked if they can just add red polish on the whole nail. They said they could it would be $10 to take off and $15 to redo them. I refused that response because I just literally paid $50 dollars. I'm so disappointed how I was treated today! I was ignored and treated if I wasn't in the salon they kept going about their business because I refused to spend more money to get them fixed!

They do a great job. Could use better customer service skills and sometimes I feel like they just switch up their prices but they’re close to me and do a solid job so a special place in my heart they shall remain. :-)

I called before coming in to do my eyebrows and the lady said come in before five last I got here 10 min before 5 pm right now is 4:57 and they deny service . What's the point of calling and asking for them just to be rude . Also it says they close at 7
