That kiosk is super convenient and the area feels safe, but don't bother trying to tap your card—it's buggy. You have to actually insert the card for it to work. No cash accepted!

Transactions in Russian do not work at all. In the end I paid $650 for registration in English but never received the sticker.

It doesn't take Apple Pay even though it says it does. It doesn't work with Bank of America and hasn't for the longest time. They need to fix that, or not put that option on there.
