I see what they’re doing… straight finesse.. you leaving buying things that arent even worth 5$ more like 1-2$ to make up for the items that could possibly sell for over 5$. I don’t recommend unless your looking for ONE things and they have it at reasonable price. u can go on temu or she in for similar. i did buy more than what i needed/wanted which defeated my purpose of going lol

I had a very bad experience at this store. The customer service was horrible (I am referring to the store that is in 01433 Reseda, CA); one cashier was assisting in self-checkout and attempted to help me. When I asked why the price was high despite the original price displaying as lower, they just claimed that “that was the price”. When I asked them to double check, they simply refused to do so at first. Once I asked someone else for the correct price, since the other cashier wasn’t checking for me, they gave me the correct price, which was the original place that was displayed with the product and not at the self-checkout. I told them what had happened and instead of an apology, they said that it “wasn’t a big deal” when it very clearly was a big deal. Every dollar counts. I feel disappointed knowing that this is what they do to customers at this store since I wasn’t the only customer they did this to.

This place is really too good to be true. So many fun and useful things. Arts and crafts, birthday presents, candy, electronics, toys and more toys! It's honestly dangerous. I always spend way too much money.

I had a great experience shopping at this location with such wonderful staff and best customer service experience with Scott! I called before going in looking for a specific item and he answered right away to let me know that they have what I’m looking for. While I was there he was so kind, and went above and beyond to help us locate the items. He was knowledgeable about the products. Also he helped us check out! He definitely needs to be acknowledged for his hard work! Thanks again Scott! Will definitely be coming back.This location has such wonderful staff! I had such a great experience with the manager Anthony! He went above and beyond, so kind, and was very helpful! I would recommend this location based off great staff, good prices and nice selection of products! Anthony definitely needs to be acknowledged for his hard work and care towards customers!

The place have interesting things inside some of them are cheaper from somewhere else. The only thing is, they only have one actual cashier, most are self check out. I know that it's a modern electronic world, but what about those who are not an electronic literate? Or just slow? Wouldn't that hold the line? Thankfully I'm not talking about myself but I'm talking about the other people I watch struggling to pay their things.
