“Beautiful arrangement and exceptional service. I had flowers delivered to my mom on Friday 5/10/24 for Mother's Day. On Friday during the first deliver attempt my mom wasn't home so I received a courtesy call letting me know that she wasn't home and that it was too hot to leave the flowers on the front porch. I have ordered from other florists in the area and they did leave the flowers on the doorstep. Obviously that wilted them. I so appreciate the communication and caring service to come back later in the day. Also, the actual flowers from Saint Germain are gorgeous and look very similar to what is posted on their website. I have ordered flowers at other florists to only have something very different delivered. Lastly, they send a confirmation email after delivery which is a service I always appreciate. I will most certainly buy from Saint Germain going forward. Keep up the great work! Your excellent reviews are well deserved!!”

The smell of flowers immediately hits you along with a sense of nostalgia. Scott spoke to me about a bit of the history of the shop and how California quakes affected the shop and town just hearing the history and having a normal human conversation made my overall experience a great one. They have so many beautiful bouquets of different prices, stuffed animals, cards, balloons. The flowers are so beautiful and fresh!
