This is a really really really great goodwill! They have a great selection of dresses as well as a lot of different cool things. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because the employees are extremely rude and don't make it that great of a shopping experience . There was one sweet young long brown hair but that was about it.

I wanted to use their Restroom it was an emergency I need to go coz I cant hold it anymore longer coz of my meds that I am taking.
I beg if they could make an exception but no consideration at all.
The manager said sorry its our policy for not
letting our customer use our restroom.
I shop in this store most of the time so I said
Your rule sucks.
And I used their restrooms before x
I was not happy about so instead buying something which I was supposed I walk the store.

great experience at Goodwill thanks to Bryan! He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure I found what I needed. His positive attitude and excellent customer service truly stood out. Bryan is the best—thank you for making my visit such a pleasant one!

Be careful donating - some guy came to my car and could assist and he proceeded to put all my donation in his van across the lot. If i wasn't so creeped out i would have objected or reported it to store. Wont go back there.

I’m trying to drop off a small box with 2 small items but they keep the door lock I asked if I can donate the box and she said NO .,??♀️ probably not needed cuz they had so much money already was items from Costco new., ??♀️ don’t donate to goodwill find better store some one else needs money probably

3/8/24 I came in to try on a few pair of pants ... I asked if can use the fitting rooms I was told fitting rooms were closed. That I can come back and get a refund. 3/9/ 24 came back to return 2 of the 3 items. Came up to the register and asked if I can return the pants Michelle the manager said no it's company policy. I told her okay well can I speak to the manager she said " I am the manager" okay I asked what else can I do to get my money back. She said I can not. I said well I was told by one of your employees that I can return this she said no it's company policy. I said can I speak to someone else other than you. " no im the only one" okay well what's your mangers name? She said her name is " sandy" I said okay when is in ? Michelle said I can't tell you that. I said you have a number I can call her " no I don't" then says it's in our receipt that it's company policy. Okay well I was told I can return these items. Then proceeds to help the next customer. I'm like okay well I can meet you outside. She implied I wanted to fight and said I am a grown up I know how to defend myself. I said me to. Calls the cops tells them I was going to beat her. I said if you gone call them tell them the truth. Then calls her boss sandy who wasn't there &tells her to leave. ( why would you leave the store and you called the cops). This nice very well deserved other manager comes out I tell her what happened..... I get my refund....... Cops came and said since there isn't a crime we can't do anything.

Very unprofessional staff in the store . A black woman was in line about to pay for her items. 2 of the staff said she look like she was a thief. said so many bad things to her. Shopping while back should not be a crime.

Unhelpful employees. I had three bags of quality men’s clothing to donate and though the website says the donation center is open until 8, and it was 5:20, the woman behind the counter flatly told me before I could even say a word that the donation was closed. In order to donate, she suggested I call ahead every day, and that they normally were not available until after 1:30. Well, I was there at 5:20 with things to donate and was turned away rudely. My clothes got dumped in a bin. I’m not coming back to donate more.
