I have been going to this Just Tires store in Reseda for over 10 years now and have always been happy with the SERVICE. Tigran the store manager has always been fair and honest when dealing with his customers. He understands their needs and always tries to accommodate them. If I could give them 10 STARS I would. I highly recommend this tire shop.

I had a set of new wheels I wanted installed, but I just had the car painted and didn't want it in their garage or on their lift.
I requested that they let me bring my own jack to remove/install the wheels myself in their parking lot. They handled the mounting and balancing - I did the rest. They were accommodating and I appreciate that.
JULIAN was the younger dude who did most of the work without damaging my new wheels. I was worried but everything went well.
The cost was not cheap, but mouting tires is something I can't do myself so I paid it gladly. I would come here again.

My girlfriend called me to tell she has low tire pressure alert and I told her to stop by this place, as she was far away from home, to get her tire looked at and patched. This is happening around 5:30 pm on a Saturday so she doesn’t have too many options around to help her as most shops are already closed. When she goes in here seeking for help, they tell her that this tire is not fixable and tried to sell her a new tire for $200. I took a screenshot of the video call when my girlfriend was showing me the nail on the tire and even I know that this is patchable tire. I told her to drive to a different tire shop near by, called “M.T. tire” and they helped her out in 5 minutes, charging her nothing but $30. Do I need to say more…

Not a great experience at this location. They really need to improve their organization within the office and communicate better with the customers.
- One technician recommended new tires. Another checked them and said, “I don’t know what he’s talking about, they’re fine.”
- They left another customers vehicle key just sitting out on the counter, a key identical to my key letting me leave with someone else’s car keys.
- They stopped the customer intake process for every single phone call that came in, essentially allowing every phone call customer to cut in front of in-person customers.
- They took my phone number down wrong even though I had to repeat it every time they restarted the intake process after a phone call.
- Because they didn’t have my correct number, we never received a call with updates or a quote. Which means I never approved the service or price.
- When I did get ahold of them, they had no awareness and didn’t really care about these issues but instead said “you better hurry up and get here. We close soon and we can’t have any cars in the lot.”
All that said, poor organization, no customer service skills, mismanagement.

I am so happy I found these guys. I drove past them for years, with zero clue how professional these folks are and how reasonably they price. And so fast. So clean. So reliable.
Really, these guys are as good as it gets. Chris at front desk is cool. Effective. Efficient. Professional. And the mechanics I’ve spoken with here exhibit the same.
Their waiting room is comfy, with a fresh air supply free of automotive odors. It is also air conditioned, with snacks and drinks for sale, and complimentary water bottles available.
And today they really helped me out. I really needed an oil change and tire rotation, but I didn’t want to have to interrupt my Monday workday to get it done.
I was pleasantly surprised when I noticed they were open as I drove past on a SUNDAY (OPEN UNTIL 5PM ON SUDAYS).
These guys are above and beyond. 5 stars!

Best place for tires and services near me. They checked my tire pressure indicator that was on and found a screw in my rear tire. They fixed the flat right there and then. Tigran was very professional and efficient getting me in and be out. Thank you.

My tire pressure sensor somehow alerted me that one of my tires’ air pressure was low. Brought my car at 8am to Just Tires and they checked all 4 tires. Nothing was wrong with any of them and re-calibrated the car’s sensor.Charged me $0Thank you.Thanks to Jose and Jesse.

Spend over three hours to change all four tires with alignment. Spend an over and hour to get my four wheels replaced. After that they moved my car and parked it so I went to go eat and walk around while I waited. When I came back only to find my car still sitting there with the alignment still not done. Walked inside and told them to please work on my alignment as there was literally no car and if I hadn't done so they would of left my car sitting there without alignment. Terrible service and terrible work ethic.

we took our car there to get a flat fixed and waited an hour and a half then asked why our car isn't being worked on... turns out they lost our FOB and didn't tell us! we waited another hour and a half until they found it on the ground so we left without a tire repair and asked for the supervisor's name to which he said "SHIT HAPPENS AND I DON'T GIVE A SHIT IF YOU CONTACT MY SUPERVISOR!" how about my wasted time and your shitty attitude?
