Called this place yesterday. The lady on the phone asked if I could text her the model number of the phone.
So I did exactly that with a picture. My only question was "Are you guys able to replace a screen for this phone?"
I waited a few hours and called them to make sure they got my text. Another lady confirmed they did and to give them a moment to check.
A day later. Still no text back or call back. A simple Yes or No would suffice. My phone is quite unique so I would understand if you guys couldn't. No harm no foul but the fact that you guys couldn't even give me a simple answer as to yes or no is the real problem here.
I was suggested this place by Metro and saw the good review but I am starting to think this it all for show and you guys can only fix Samsung or Iphone which literally any other shop can fix.
Took my phone to CellFix at Topanga. They told me they never did this phone and even had to pull up a video right in front of me. Charged me $35 and phone was fixed in 30mins, not to mention I got to watch the process. $35 was too little especially for my kind of phone.
I gave them $100 instead and they offered to put the screen protector on since I was so bad at doing that.
LA Tech, word of advice. It's ok to say you don't know how to fix it or you guys are unable to. I understand admitting you cant do something is hard but at least try.
For everyone else that doesnt have a Samsung or an Iphone, I suggest going to CellFix at Topanga.

Look I been a customer for 2 years and I went go buy a phone and they told me a price and the they change the price, that's not right they just lost a customer ? so. for you guys that wanna go buy phone, fix your phone, or also buy electronics be careful because they don't stay with there word and all of us sudden they change it and scam you and who. first when I started being a customer they told me to put good reviews but now I regret that
