I called and asked over the phone if they did hard gel manicures. The owner who spoke to me on the phone said yes and I made my appointment for a Saturday. When I went in, there was no one there. The lady who did my nails did not know what she was doing whatsoever. What I received was not what I asked for. I tried telling her multiple times and she continued to try to “fix” them but made my nails worse. I asked to speak to the owner Lanni who was in the back. She came out and just offered to fix them but I had wasted so much time at that point. They ended up charging me as well. This place needs to make sure to not lie about what they are capable of doing over the phone like they did with me or make sure the staff is well trained. I had to go elsewhere to get them fixed. Time and money wasted. Do not go here! They don’t know what they’re doing at all.

I loved it, it's the first time I've come, Lory took care of me and I really liked how she gave me the pedicure, she was very kind and cleaned my nails very well. I think the owner is another of the ladies, very friendly. The moment you enter, she asks you what you need and helps you choose the color for your nails. The place is very clean and pleasant. I recommend this place because my first experience here was good and I don't even know. say the price is very reasonable compared to other places.

Hidden gem in the west valley for great nails. This sweet little salon is run by Lanni who employs the wonderful Amy. They have been taking care of my sisters nails for years. On a recent visit I had some nail breakage and both times they took me at the end of the day and saved me. Or, my nails rather. Amy matched my existing manicure perfectly. She even had the unicorn powder! I was in and out of there and under 30 minutes both times. Highly recommended. Everybody needs a great nail salon. You'll find it at Lanni's on Tampa.

So I'm bummed to have to give such a negative review but I'm really not happy about my experience. My actual nails look great but my experience was not a good one and I feel completely hustled. I had been calling around all day to find out prices for how much it would be to get an acrylic full and French manicure. Basically the same thing I already had on my nails. I came across this place which was really far from where I live, but when I called and asked the price for a fill & French manicure- the lady I talked to quoted me $22 for the fill & $7 more for the French manicure, so total $29. I couldn't believe it so I confirmed again and she said yes, I immediately jumped in the car and told them I would be there at 3. I hit such bad traffic I changed my appointment to 3:30, they said no problem. When I finally got there at 3:36 they told me to wait and they'd be right with me. Well I sat there for a little bit, went outside to make a phone call, went to the bathroom and fixed my makeup and continued to wait. While I was waiting another lady came in and when I came back inside she was already being serviced. Which bugged me. I should have left but because of the price, I thought it was worth the wait. Finally I sat down and the gentlemen, Louie did my nails. I told him multiple times that my nails were very thin and each nail he used the dremel on started to burn because of how rough he was being. It clearly was hurting but he didn't really care or understand I guess. When I had gotten out of the bathroom I saw the owner I think Lanni and I confirmed with her the price she quoted me over the phone just to make sure- she didn't clarify and just told me yes to sit back down and Louie would tell me the price. When my nails were done Louie told me the price was $47. Which I said how is that when I called and was told it was $29. He then started telling me it was $10 for this, $5 to cut my nails shorter, however many dollars to take the polish off, $1 for this, etc which I couldn't believe. I was so tired and irritated- I paid $43 when I drove all the way here under the impression the service would be $29. If I was going to spend that much I never would have driven from Thousand Oaks to come here. They completely hustled me. My actual nails look great but unfortunately that doesn't make up for my experience & the money I wasted plus the gas to get to and from here. I barely made it home and literally ran out of gas before I made it home and had to leave my car and walk the rest of the way home cuz my account was negative now. I called beforehand to find out the cost for a reason. I should have made a bigger deal out of the fact that I was quoted a price when I called & they should have honored that but I didn't make a big enough deal about it which is on me but I shouldn't have had to. I'm sorry but I'm here why I called first. Really upset and I barely made it home since I didn't have enough gas due to spending every dollar I had, plus driving from so far since I was under the impression of the cost l thought I would be paying & didn't realize I would be hustled/tricked/pushed into paying twice (almost 3x). as much as I was quoted. All I want is my money back for the whole thing.. it honestly wasn't right & it's unfortunate. Wouldn't you want to value your customers and be righteous and honest so they come back? Instead of trying to trick them and get every dollar u can the first time they come in? Also within a week of my nails getting done here, 3 nails broke completely. When I left they looked nice but fell apart immediately which I've never had happen before. Waste of so much gas money. Waste of money period.

Very friendly and accommodating! I came in as a walk in on a Friday morning and was promptly seated and offered water while I waited. It was a short wait and they got me in and out in the short timeframe I needed!

Super nice ladies here ? they are all very friendly. They don’t have massage chairs like other salons more updated but the job is well done. Their prices are reasonable, I paid $20 for my regular pedicure (i think they charge $32 for gel, don’t remember well) and it came out nice ?. Lori is a sweet heart and she did a good job. I do recommend this place.

I wanted to like this place. The guy that did my nails repeatedly filed the side of my nail/finger until it bled. Then put nail polish remover on it. The burning was intense! Now, just a few days later I have a scab on one finger and the nail broke off another. Not going back.

EDIT: I went back to get my nail fixed. They attempted to have me go to the guy and I refused. The nail was fixed and looked okay until about 5 minutes after I left and it bubbled up again. So I had to go to another place to have that fixed. I have been going to Lanni's for awhile now. Both for nails and waxing and after yesterday's experience, I will not be returning. I should have known when the guy was being rude off the bat and my nails were burning just from gluing on the tips. I got a full set and literally everything about them turned out awful. At one point the man told me that I messed up the nail, even tho I was watching him intently and he very clearly was trying to rush through things. He started to yell at me and told me to hold my fingers a certain way under the light. I told him I've been doing it correctly. I've been getting my nails done for decades, I know the routine. Then he snapped and said, "look at my hands" and I told him that I saw what he was inferring and I don't do that. I told him I didn't need instruction and he didn't need to be rude. I should have gotten the owner right then but I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt. Well, he finished and everything is a mess. I immediately went to Lanni to express my dismay and she saw exactly what I was concerned about. She asked if I wanted him to fix it. 1. No, I don't want him touching me. 2. It's now closing time. I've been there for 2 hours. My time is valuable. I don't have time to sit there for someone else to fix something that should never have occurred in the first place. I go to Lanni's because they're affordable and this dude just charged me what a premium place would have charged me except he gave extremely sloppy work. I told them the work was unacceptable and all the guy wanted to do was argue and defend his work. The pictures speak for themselves. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.
