“Joanne is amazing! She was one of the few people willing to give me a ballpark quote over the phone based on where my bridesmaid dress is from. Everywhere else said I had to bring it in or they charged me a higher price than Joanne's pricing. I just needed a simple trim of the dress and Joanne was able to perform in a timely manner. I even forgot to bring shoes when I had to try on the dress for pickup but she was prepared and had extra! I am so happy I found Joanne since she lives close to me and I plan to keep her as my go to tailor. I use to have one in Sherman oaks but since I've moved Joanne offers just as great service and pricing.”

“I have been coming here for a couple years now. I really enjoy coming here because it's clean and staff is always friendly. I also love that I don't have to use quarters. But I do have one issue. It is that not all the staff know how to use the POS system there. If I want to buy some soap or anything else and if I don't have any cash on me, I can't because that person doesn't know how to use the Credit card machine. I have had to go take out money from the liquor store ATM and get charged a fee. It's a little frustrating. Other than that, I do recommend this place. Just make sure you have cash in case you need to purchase something there.”

Starting from 4.25 Its pretty clean, coin changing machines, table games , bunch of seats and vending machines to enjoy while you are waiting. The staff is friendly too. “My 1st time there, I met Pam, wonderful person manager, showed me the lay of land, what and how much would be good fit for their machines. I had 3 months worth of laundry and was there a few hours!!! She gave deals and told me about their half off days. The facility was clean and new, nice music and TV's too! Overall a very good experience!! Pam was exceptional!! I met the owner and son equal as nice and hospitable!!! A nice time, doing laundry using isn't a fun thing but this time was!! Thank you Pam, I'll be back, side note they have message chairs, and Pam treated me one at the end of laundry adventure!! Thank you again!!!”

“I used to have Gianni tailor all of my slacks and suits from high school in the 80s through the mid 90s when I got out of college. I always knew he'd fix everything perfectly. I moved away, and ended up in an industry that didn't require tailored clothes.Fast forward 28 years. My son is getting married, so I bought a new suit (first in 30 years ). I live in outside of LA County, and don't know of a tailor in my neck of the woods. I wondered to myself if Gianni was still in business, so I Googled Fontana di Trevi. Boy, am I glad I did! I took my suit in, and Gianni remembered me! I told him there was no hurry, so I picked it up today, and he, at 80 years old, is still an artist. My suit is absolutely, beautifully tailored. I have my old tailor back! Thanks, Gianni!”
