Walter made a promise, and he followed through with the owner's commitment to deliver what they promised. We were delighted at their effort and delivery. It is hard to find such a level of service and honesty these days. Appreciate it.

Although I did not have any work done on my car, as the transmission failed and the cost of repair was more than my car- the team at Leon’s were incredibly helpful and friendly.
When your car has issues it can be overwhelmingly stressful, and they explained everything and offered advice.
Alan towed by car out of a very tricky spot like an absolute pro and Mark was the most helpful and friendly guy ever.
I’d come back here for any future transmission issues and highly recommend.

Had a really hard time at a Ford dealership claiming the clutch kit was covered under warranty then after 2 weeks attempted to charge me so I went to my regular mechanic and he recommended Leon's. So I took our 2015 Ford Focus Titanium in and within in a couple of days it's running better then ever. No shuddering, slipping or loss of power. Just plain great work for a great price. They even offer financing. So don't lose anymore sleep and get your transmission fixed the right way and take your car to Leon's. You'll be glad you did.

Had appointment on 6/6 for service on my 2003 Ford explorer. Dropped it off at 8:00 am and about 2:20 they called me to tell me they found some issues that were concerning. So I spoke to I believe it was Walter on the phone who told me in detail and explained everything that was going on and answered all my questions so I was unable to have servicing on my vehicle because of these issues. They recommended rebuilding the transmission. Everyone there I spoke to were very nice. Unfortunately we couldn't do any business because it wasn't worth spending the money for a rebuilt transmission on that old truck. They totally understood and was not charged for the diagnostic check on the truck. I definitely recommend this place because they're very honest and I had a positive experience even though we didn't do any business. I'll definitely bring in my other car for servicing in the future.

Really disappointing. They incorrectly diagnosed problems I was having. After $5k, 1.5 years and 6 visits my car is still having all the same problems that I went in for. Plus the (unnecessarily) rebuilt transmission leaked 🤦♀️

Okay but I was led to believe based on previous posts that the quality of work was immeasurable and completed in a set time. Both were not a part of my situation. I was instructed to notify my general mechanic of a faulty injector that was identified. I took my car to a guy that can figure out the codes of my car being that my trans was rebuilt. I spent another 600.00 to have an injector replaced and most importantly have the engine light go off which did not occur once released from Leon's Transmission. I asked why bc honestly I did not want to go back there for any servicing if possible. Once again I was advised and recommended that I take my car back and the manager would back me up. Well it day three and it appears to me the car is running well except for the transmission bands appear to be slipping, If lack of better words. I do credit Mr. Walter for honoring my warranty and commend the mechanic for the hard work. I just hope this rebuilt transmission was build without any deficiencies. I credit the highways of LA for the bent fuel injector. I am satisfied and even though I spent, it could've been more costly.

Leon's on Reseda has been and is a quality transmission business. We have an older winstar van and they have given excellent care and service to our van. Great value for their super knowledge and skills. Highly recommend these folks to anyone.

Had my van fixed here everything was fine but when it came back there was a new issue with my dashboard that wasn't there before they said just take it to a mechanic and will pay for it. Well they didn't and I was out an additional $1200 for their mistake!!! I despise People that don't take pride and responsibility in their work!!! There are other reputable business out there!!! I don't recommend

I highly recommend Leon's and would use them in the future although I didn't actually have my car serviced there. I asked Walter at Leon's for an estimate for a complete transmission replacement for my 2016 Chevrolet Traverse. He provided fast detailed follow-up and answered several questions. I didn't go forward because my car was already at a GMC dealer, the dealer came down substantially in price for the service and the Reseda location was a bit far. Otherwise service was first-rate.

Be careful, they give you the estimated price when they charge you double for the car, claiming that they were involved in the work apart from not solving the problem, claiming that the car gets hot due to the heat, that is ridiculous. Be careful they give you the estimated price and once I go to pick your car up they charge you double and they don't even fix the problem

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Leon's Transmissions for some repairs on my vehicle, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional.
