“Came in here with my boyfriend to order our new bed, and we absolutely loved the customer service here. Oralia helped us and she made us feel welcome and provided all the information we needed, we came in once to ask questions and look around then came back to make the final purchase. We also fell in love with this mini couch and she gave us a wonderful deal on it. We found the value to be good and the furniture seems to be well made. Also Jackie was helping as well and she made us feel welcome and offered us water! Now we wait for the delivery. I will update that as soon as it happens. Thank you! We definitely will be coming back here for all our furniture needs!

“Chris (the owner) is an extremely knowledgeable and nice person. He knows exactly what his is talking about. On top of being high class professional, he is extremely patient with his customers. He understands that choosing a mattress can be a very difficult and confusing tasks. He thoroughly explains to his customers how every mattress is made (literally inside out) and what would be the best choice for you considering your needs. He has an incredible exchange policy! 6 months exchange and no need to sleep on anuncomfortable and noisy plastic bag. Chris made an unbelievable deal for me on a very expensive mattress. It almost sounds unreal on how good the deal was! The delivery cost me only $50, unlike other stores-$100. I highly recommend this store and Chris who is the owner of the store. Go to Chris!!!”

“Having had a sleep number bed, with adjustable bases, in our house, we were surprised to find AxelBloom beds for our Motor home. I reached out to Yong to see about ordering a set for our RV and he was very nice and helpful in giving us suggestions on a set up for us to order.We ordered our beds and within about 2 weeks, Yong let us know that they would be shipping the bed out and we should see it in about a week. Everything arrived as you can see in the picture. When unpacking the bed, everything was packed well and you can tell that they take extra caution in packaging their product. When we unpacked the second box, the one at the bottom, we discovered that the shipping company damaged part of the bed with what appears to be a fork lift. I talked with Yong and he was able to help me out with the issue.We got everything installed and everything had been good. My wife was enjoying having an adjustable bed again as she likes to sleep with her head up. The beds are comfortable and we have been happy with the purchase. We did have an issue with a motor, but it wasn’t anything with Yong and AxelBloom. When I installed the bed, I planned ahead to make sure I had some room in between the bed side stopper and our side table. It appears I didn’t leave enough room as there is just enough play in the frame that one night my wife somehow must have had something press on the remote and eventually ended up messing up the motor when the bed side stopper got caught under the side table. This prevented the motor stop from triggering and caused the issue with the motor. I reached out to Yong and once again, he was polite and helpful in finding a solution for us to get the motor replaced and working again.If we ever need to purchase another bed, we would definitely reach back out to Yong and AxelBloom. I will also make sure I share the experience I have had and the fact that the beds are everything they state they are to whomever I can.Thank you Yong and your team.”

I had such a wonderful experience at Ashley’s! My sales associate, Jacob, was absolutely fantastic. He was funny, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, which made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. Jacob took the time to answer all of our questions, helped us explore different options, and made sure we found exactly what we needed. On top of that, he worked with us to get a really great deal. A big thank you as well to his manager, Angeles, who approved the deal and made the purchase even better. We left feeling confident and happy with our new furniture.

“Found this place on accident while couch-shopping for a new apt. They don’t have much on-site, but Todd said just go to any Ashley store and try stuff out, then contact him and he’ll get it cheaper. And that’s exactly what he did. I asked a bunch of questions and he found a bunch of other great deals on other brands as well, stuff I wasn’t even finding during my own searches. I’m quite happy with my couch, despite the fear of not being able to return it. I’m 100% satisfied and would absolutely recommend this place, you have nothing to lose, either he finds a deal for you or you can move on.”
