Surprised this place is still up and running because they all do a horrendous job !! Aside from being rude and discriminating, laughing at and criticizing their clients in their language, obviously so that they don't understand what they're saying!!

do not reccomend this place!! i waited a whole 40 minutes with the entire place being empty and unattended! place is very dirty and overpriced, do not go here!

Horrible service, just a waste of money. If you don't speak spanish fluently then your left with starring around. Also I got a finger infection two days after...so lame cause she charged diamond jewelry on one finger $5.

On 3/2/17 I walked into this shop. Thought I'd give the locate business a try. I asked the girl about individual lashes. She said they don't do individual that the lashes they used had 2-3 lashes that are attached to my own (Russian volume) was nice enough to show me pictures on their IG. Even pointed her own out saying that she had the same thing. Since this was new (keep in mind that I've been getting individual lashes done the past two yrs) I asked how often do I need a refill she said once a month. Karina took me to her station and proceeded with placing the lashes on. Once they were done they felt heavy but I didn't say anything because this Russian volume was new to me. Three days later I wake up to get ready for work as I splashed my face with water one last time I come up with half of my lashes on the left eye gone (and no that's not the side I sleep on). With just a little bit of the corner piece half on/half off I removed it. Considering not going to work (one eye full lash and the other with nothing) I decided to go to work and avoid making eye contact with my coworkers. I looked up the shop hours on yelp and it showed them being open. After work I drove straight to the shop only to find that they're closed. I can't tell you how disappointed I am. I'm a licesend cosmetologist and I also do eyelash extensions (family/friends only) so I know now when she said they use lashes with 2-3 lashes was a lie. They basically took a eyelash strip cut it in three pieces and applied volume in between and charged me $70 for it. This place is a rip off and big scam. I'm writing to BBB.

Update: so I went in for eyebrow threading months later. Marilyn did a great job and I don't mind paying $10. To my surprise the place is under new owner. She's very sweet. Her name is Iris if I'm not mistaking. Her assistant whose name is also Iris is really sweet down to earth and makes you feel comfortable like you known her for years and catching up while getting your eyebrows done. We had a good fluent conversation none of that BS to try and get you to come back. You can feel the difference in the air. Give them a chance they are Central American and they will not rip you off. If they have a price on the banners/walls/windows where ever posted they honor it. If you feel one of the Employees there wants to or is over charging you bring it up to the owner and she will put them on check. Ive come here before the girl who does eyebrows is amazing only bad thing is that it seems like they only have one person that does eyebrows and it seems that when she's not there no one else will do them for you. I've come here on 3 separate ocations and she's on break or not there for the day. It would be good if they hired another person. Another bad thing about it is that people that work here don't acknowledge you as you walk in. They will let you sit there and not bother to ask you what are you in for? They seem to not care and over charge you for the service when they clearly have a banner with prices on them. They promote a price and once you are up to pay they will double the price.

This place is disgusting I call to made appointment for eyebrows but the women who answer was asking for deposit right away I was shock about it so I ask her why deposit when I don't even know what kind of job they do so she ask me if I speak Spanish so she can transfer the call to someone that speak Spanish she is so uneducated she just assumed I did not understood what she was saying I felt insulted by her remarks she never explained anything she just so ignorant! I will said this place don't deserve no star for rating 0000000000 super poor customer service

They were super unprofessional. I made an appointment and they called to adjust the time to a later time. When I got there even though they adjusted the time so the girl who does eyelashes would be there I had to ask if she was there. Once I had to get there attention they called her and told me she was 30 mins away. What is the point of making an appointment if she won't even be there.

The nail technician did a fabulous job! Highly recommend this place. The price was excellent too. Can't beat a mani and pedi for $30!

If I could out negative 1000 I would Please do not go to this salon! Besides it being dirty & gross they are thefts too. They double charge me for their service I spoke with the owner she was to busy to check into it. Won't be able until Thursday!! She laughed the whole time thought it was funny not for me. She told me to contact my bank they will send her a letter. WHAT!!! So it's happened before. She told me she didn't have time for me hung up on me & blocked me. Please see attached

This salon deserve 0 stars I had a really bad experience there! I paid for keratine and after the first wash i found my natural hair just a litlle change and that is not what its supposed to be I ve done keratine before and i know the result , so i came back and ask the girl to fix it for me or to give me another appt to come back if she s busy but she said that i had to pay for that !! I was really surprised i already paid but this is not what i paid for then she started to ignore me and her colleg started to screaming and getting me out !! I felt like i was in heir home and ask them for their things or something! It was unbeliveaBle! They took your money and dont finish the service and dont care about the satisfaction of the client plus their over and unpolite reaction Very bad service , Unpolite staff very very rude people really dont go there dont waste your time and money with people like them

I came in in hopes of getting my eyebrows THREADED by the original girl (who's name I can't remember) but found out she no longer works here. I can appreciate the effort but my eyebrows look exactly the same, nothing great and it was something I could've done myself. I was pressed for time so I couldn't spare any more time and had to leave right away. She used tweezers for my cleanup when I was expecting to get them threaded, because that's what I came in for. The other girl would shape them nicely and you'd be able to tell you actually got your eyebrows done. It's very disappointing but I unfortunately will not be returning nor do I recommend her.

Several monthes ago went to try them out for lashes 20 bucks it was a special, since they had recently opened. I wait 10 min to find out the eyelash lady is on lunch so I agree to come back and I did to wait another 10 min lol with no one around there was one person getting nails done... so she finishes and hey you get what you pay for the natural looking ones that last are 90-100 bucks.... so back to my 20 dollar lashes... they fell off 30 min later ... I went back to have it fixed and the girl told me originally that she didnt have time to fix it since it was Saturday night and they'd be closing soon so she didn't want to help me. I had gaps in my lashes where they had fallen out! It was saturday night I needed to be presentable so I insisted. For my insistence I got called a fucking nigger in spanish, which I do speak fluently smh.... I wasnt upset about my cheap looking 20$ lashes I kinda knew what I was getting into, but having my time and even my own person disrepsected so agregiously. So if you look like you dont speak spanish they'll prolly talk about you in your face. That's what happened to me. Totes ZERO STARS..... Update: in fact -5 stars because the response did not include an apology or even an attempt to defend their own work ... Says alot

If I could give 0 stars, I really wish i could. I went to the salon 2 days ago to get eyelash extensions and paid $60 for them. She told me they would last a month so I believed her. After i got them done, they fell off within a couple of hours when she said itll last up to a month. Today, I came back to the salon telling them what had happened and that I want my money back. They told me that they could not do anything about it or give me my money back because I posted my review on Yelp. Like okay??? Im not entitled to my own opinion? I have my right to say whatever I want and I paid for the service so I can post anything I want on yelp. Shes just mad because what I posted was true and she knows for a fact people will see it and read it and not come to her. so ladies please save your time, energy and most importantly , your money. When i left, I said i would report her to the state board and I was not playing around. And I know the owner is reading this, I really dont care. If im going to get crappy service, shes going to wish shes sorry haha so good luck. i will also be notifying my friends and family how much of a bad owner she is to the salon.
