This is the best CVS I've ever been to. Fred was amazing! I bought a bunch of makeup and face lotion products and he helped me make the best use out of the coupons. Such an unexpected friendly experience!

This used to be a nice store. I am well off and certainly don't need the security guard following me through the store. Also the old Persian manager is rude. Nothing new he has been rude for years. I thinks I will go to Tarzana CVC it's just better. I am tired of the BS at this one

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE of any CVS store I have ever experienced! This is not the first, second or third time I have visited this location and received such rude service from the front cashier .This older male employee was chatting with another customer as I waited for him for a several minutes - they were talking about vacationing in the Bahamas, and referred to him as a buddy. When it was my turn to pay I asked if I can use my a CVS coupon and he said " I don't have time for this and told me to wait for a manager. He then said something to the lady next to him the continued to helped the next customer, and the next one after that he was so rude to that I just decided to leave. Terrible way to treat their customers! I will not be returning to this location!

I wish I could give the (-)10 to this place and it's staff. Horrible customer service Liz the manger is the rudest person ever. I have no idea who gave him this title. She dose not deserve it. They are not there to serve you.They are there to rub you. Avoid going there

Nicest part of this store is the man that works the front register. He is always so sweet and tells stories. Definitely can't remember a time I've been there and he wasn't there. I'm guilty of not always taking the time to talk to people, but I appreciate people that do.

Poor customer services! Took a prescription 2 weeks ago, they told they don't have the medicine will have in 2 or 3 days, went to pickup and they told out of stock, not available! After 2 weeks? When I got upset they told will contact the Dr for replacement, really? Only then? After some screaming I got a text today they have the replacement.

This review is for the Minute Clinic. I came here with my other half to look at swelling on his finger from doing some weeding around a 'fire poker' succulent near the driveway. We arrived at 5:05 on sunday. The hours on the website, on their phone recording and in store said that they closed at 530. But there are signs on the exam rooms and every one of them said they were closed. My other half got in line for the pharmacy to find out what the story was- and the staff person said to just knock on the door on the otherside of the desk. So we did. Inside was the person that was suppose to be working....and when my other half asked him about it...he said 'well, we'll be closing soon.' My guess is he was either in the room catching up on his dating app, watching a movie or taking a nap. He didn't want to work...but he DID want to get paid for his time there. Somebody needs his hands slapped. And a manager needs to walk the floor more often to see if management is getting what they're paying for. Come on you guys....you can do better than this.

It's 9:57am on April 14th. I came to CVS on Victory and Tampa to pick up medication and the store is closed due to "technical difficulties." Really? People are hovering outside with appts and needing their medication and that's all you can say?? No referral to another store? Nothing? Unacceptable, CVS. Unacceptable.

I was in line the cashier made me dip self checkout even after I said I needed a gift receipt prior to checking out then my receipt was not printed bur emailed so no gift receipt at all they wouldn't wven let me return everything as they chose self checkout for me. BEWARE

We came to CVS on tampa and Victory blvd and we recieved horrible customer service by farhad he was rushing me to pay and i have special needs and we feel discriminated by this and the job he has is customer service meaning he has to be nice to his customers

This morning I went to return an unopened Covid test kit with my receipt. The receipt stated the date to make the return by is 2/24/22. With the release of free Covid test kits CVS has changed their policy! Covid test kits are no longer returnable. They charged 23.99 for this kit, shows on receipt it is returnable from the time I purchased it and now will NOT take it back. They told me to contact the manufacturer, not them. Crooks! I work for a dental office across the street, we will no longer call prescriptions to CVS and will alert our patients to the downfalls of going to CVS and recommend they go elsewhere. It appears by the numerous poor ratings posted, that many customers have discovered this on their own.

I have never had such trouble with a pharmacy before. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first 2 times that wires had been crossed or the mistake had been on my end. But after careful & patient backtracking, the problem all stems from this pharmacy. I've been with my doctors office for 3 years & they have always been on top of everything, so they were confused themselves as to how my prescriptions weren't being filled when requested. After never receiving a call saying my prescription was filled, I called to check what was going on and Cvs said they never heard from them. Believing them, I called my doctors office in a huff trying to figure out what's the matter, to find out that my office had called them now twice so there was no reason for them to not have received the order (and yes we tripled checked to make sure the number was correct). This pharmacy is completely oblivious to a very big problem & refused to take responsibility for an issue that is clearly their fault. At the end of the day, they simply don't care about your business or well being. Take your business to a regular mom + pop pharmacy who will actually care!

This store has recently been remodeled, and is really awesome; it gets a star. Unfortunately, the complete incompetence of the pharmacist loses the other four. I was in 10 days ago to pick up prescriptions. I've been coming here 5 years; they used to be great! This time, though, one of my drugs is out of stock. Okay; normal for this drug, so I always update the script in advance... He tells me it is once again out of stock, he has no idea when it will come in; he encourages me to take the prescription and shop it around to other pharmacies. Being familiar with this, I decline and ask them to hold onto the prescription. Back stock eventually catches up. Now, 10 days later, I try checking on it- and the weekend pharmacist says it no longer exists in the system. This means that by discarding the script my wait begins all over again on Monday!! Now my blackstock is gone and I have nothing. Congratulations, pharmacist! You're why I am moving all of my business to Kaiser!
