BEWARE OF THIS SCAM!!! Ok so a 3% fee for cashing a check is not the best but not bad either. Trying to say that to cash a check you need to open a debit account is FRAUD! Not sure if that's even legal so be careful my peeps!

These people have a very bad service. There are 2 working now and 3 people waiting out here fir more than 20 minutes. If you can find another place to go please go, because if you are in a hurry this is not the right place for you.

It's unbelievable I thought I would be the only knucklehead giving a horrible review but after searching these guys I come to discover that everyone else is posting 1-star reviews and complaints as well! What a joke this place is. One of their tellers (whose name evades me at the moment), is one of the rudest, most vile creatures I've ever had the distinguished displeasure of dealing with. She looks like she hates her job and she doesn't want to be there and treats all the customers that walk in as if they are beneath her. I'm never going to do business here ever again. I highly recommend you turn and run if you ever have to come to this place.

I've been a long time customer and been coming to this location for a while even way before the girl (Crystal) started working at this location. Several times I have walked in and it's at least 15-20mins wait in which sucks because the parking at this location is ruff specially when You have to pay for meter parking. I've had TWO major incidents with (Crystal) first time I wanted 20 minutes in line while I had at least 8 other people behind me a much older women who I believe is the manager there always has he hair up in a clip was chatting on her personal phone as she clearly saw the long line. In my opinion if the line is long put your phone down and help the customers get out faster but no she continued as if she was wasting time and finally walked out and was done for the day. When she left Crystal was done with the customer she had before me and started helping me as she was helping me she was doing other stuff as well as faxing something for the girl the she was helping before me at that point after waiting a long time with almost time running out on the meter I couldn't go out because I was going to be next and also I was already running late For work because I waited there for such a long time. I asked can you finish helping me since I'm now next and you wee done with her and she rudely said well she was before you. In my opinion you called me up next but did not help me. She then started to help me again but was going some back work and was taking long so I said can you help me since I've been waiting a long time and running late for work and she gave me an attitude and said that she had to finish that first I don't know what she's thinking talking back the way she did it knowing that other people were waiting and that I was in front of the window just staring at what she was doing. Second incident was today February 19, 2019 I got to the window and was going to get a payday loan she got my information and she was like oh you let your other loan go in other words what happen was that I was at work I wrote them a check just in case you don't come and pay in person they cash the check that you gave them and I said yes I did not let go as in I was not trying to pay it I let it go as in I had been busy with work. She then said well we tried to call you and you never pick up and I said I'm busy at work I cannot pick up my phone at work so if you leave me a message I know and I will listen to it besides that I already know when my due date is and when I have to pay it so they don't have to continuously call me over and over to remind me of something that I am aware of. She then right away like flipped her s*** and was like oh Maria she saying she's not going to pay it Maria is the manager there and I said what??? and she said Maria she wants to get a payday loan But she's not gonna pay next time I am mediately got offended not only is she calling me a liar but she was insinuating that I am a thief and saying that I Was going to get a loan but that I was not going to be paying it and I said you know what don't put words in my mouth I never said I was not going to pay the loan if I got went to day I specifically said if I am busy with work go ahead and cash my check but I'm writing you guys now it's not a big deal the money will be there and she said no you can't keep letting things go you have to come in person and pay it every time and I said why does it matter it's going to get paid regardless why is it such a big deal if I don't pay it in person the check is there it's going to get paid regardless Not only was my eight-year-old daughter there but she witnessed the whole thing she has a bad attitude she always makes everything into an argument and a Bickering situation back-and-forth and I don't think that's right specially when there's people in line waiting this person has got to get retrained or let go she is the worst person I&

I was given a coupon when I took out a payday loan two weeks ago. It stated I would receive $10.00 off when I paid back my loan in cash and on time. When I gave the girl (Crystal) the coupon along with my money she could not figure out how to enter it in the computer. She called over a guy who appeared to be the Supervisor. But first she asked him what his name was!!! How do you not know your co worker's name, especially if he is the Supervisor. He gave me some lame excuse that the coupon was for referrals, except that the coupon made no mention of referring someone else and specifically stated that it was to be redeemed when paying back the loan. They were both rude and sounded like idiots. When I walked in, there was a line with several customers and only one window open while there were three other workers walking around behind the counter. Customer service is definitely not a concern here. Do yourself a big favor and take your business somewhere else.

The worst place ever !! Crystal the new girl that works there she's the rudest and unprofessional person ever..my husband went in to cash his checks today and she had the nerves to rudely ask him "why did you wait 3 weeks to cash your check"Is that how you ask a customer !!! She doesn't have no manners at all ..it's None of her business why he waited to cash his checks you could atleast ask nicely!! !!not to mention he comes there's a lot to cash checks ..his a regular customer !! This place is horrible they need to hire better workers that treat they're customer with respect!!! She is out of boundary to even ask like that !! Avoid this place !!! I'll make sure the corporate knows what type of employees are working there ..

I can believe I was there 10 mins early before 8pm and the lady already closed the doors they need to help every customer that gets in before 8 with no excuses that why they are getting pay for I'm really piss

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! This place is the worst place. Do not go here for anything, save urself the money and head aches. Not only are they so unprofessional, their customer service sucks! Seriously, I am too lazy to explain everything that this place has done to me. Its too long to wanna write but avoid coming here if you really dont need too. There are much better places you can go to than this location.
