I would strongly recommend not to go there!
One of the ladies at the front desk was very very unprofessional and arrogant to us. We went there for our vehicle inspection and her behavior was like she doing some favor after taking money from us for what they were supposed to do for the customers. She doesn’t even know what’s politeness at all!

I recently had an interaction with an employee who assisted me at checkout at the #0638 Reseda Pep Boys store and unfortunately, it was not a positive experience. The employee displayed a lack of customer service skills and had a very negative attitude throughout the transaction. It was evident that she was not well-versed in handling customer interactions in a courteous and professional manner.
To ensure a better experience for future customers, I recommend providing her with additional training focused on customer service best practices. This would help her develop the necessary skills to engage with customers positively and effectively, thereby improving overall customer satisfaction.

I would avoid this place completely. I took my car here for a vacuum leak on my intake manifold, including wanting a second opinion from their "mechanic." Pep Boys swapped a $48 dollar valve cover and I was charged $700+ for parts and labor. More or less, they did their "diagnostics/inspection" and completely missed my intake manifold was damaged, and needed to be replaced? ?♂️ instead they "worked" on something else that had nothing to do with the actual problem relating to the computer's error codes. I'm still wondering what service was provided to fix the issue, which was clearly visible. My car has a check engine light and the same issue I previously mentioned. In the end, they said, I quote, "We were able to fix the problem." My car's performance is actually worse, and they kept postponing the time for me to pick my vehicle up from their auto repair.
The 5 star reviews on this thread are completely false.
