SCAMMER ALERT!!!! If I could give them no stars I would. I rented from them through turo. They charged me 150.00 for smoking and I don’t even smoke. The owner that picked up the car was smoking when he came to get the car. I should have taken a picture of him. Then when I sent a message to the company on the turo app asking about the charges they wrote me a negative review about the rental. I sent Turo pictures taken at drop off and they still did not refund me the money. I called the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint and after seeing that this behavior happened before I will be calling the attorney general as well. I posted my photos vs. their photos uploaded in the turo app.

They are literally scammers! The first time they said I didn’t fill up the tank which I did but I let it go and paid the $30. Now they are sayingI was smoking in the car and charged me $150 I have never smoked in my life!! Mind you they were late dropping off the car and i received the car on E and brought it back with a half tank. Be aware of Prestige Auto Rentals on Turo!

Booked a car with them on Turo.
I was at the address provided. They canceled 5 minutes before trip start. No explanation, no nothing! I searched for their address on google which was down the street. Yeah, it’s a residential area as you can see on street view; and no, there’s no Rental Company there of course! Fortunately Turo will give my money back. So, NO! Don’t you ever book a trip with these guys or you may never see your money again!

Spreading awareness to others to let it be known that they will scam you. DO NOT RENT OR BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Very reliable!! Great service !!Super friendly !! Car was left right at the location they said it’d be.Also I called them couple hours before my reservation to let them know I was running about 10-15 mins late. They were very understanding and didn’t give me a hard time. I will most definitely rent from them again.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.I communicated to them that my flight was 30 minutes delayed (12 hours prior to pickup) and then when I landed at LAX and told them I was heading to the pickup spot they decided to cancel the reservation and leave me stranded at the airport. Completely unreliable company.
