My repair was supposed to take weeks and instead took months. I was told repeatedly that the car would be ready tomorrow, or the next day, or the next week but I was endlessly jerked around. When it was finally done, I called to confirm the pickup time. Then I called to confirm it was ready. I was told it was sitting waiting for me. When I arrived they said they had to go get it from the car detail place. What happened to its sitting waiting for me? They just say whatever they think you want to hear. I would never recommend this place.

Arthur is the man. Took great care of my car, and I sent a few friends here since then as well.Did the job on time, was very reasonable with pricing, and wasn't a typical sleazy car guy. A+Services: Tires

Under no circumstances would I recommend Reseda International Collision Center. I was hit by a teenage driver who ran a stop sign, causing front end damage to my car. My insurance company encouraged me to use body shop from their list, which I regret everyday!!! I went to this body shop, got estimate along with estimate to do some additional work while my car would be with them for repair. I had other estimates and asked manager if he would meet price. He said yes, I asked for revised estimate on this additional work, manager got very defensive, asking me why I needed it, I kindly said, for peace of mind & to make sure we are all on same page. Finally was sent, was not same scope of work, I questioned him again, he again was very defensive, came up with reasons that made absolutely no sense. Finally got us estimate with correct scope of work. Fast forward dropped car off on a Friday & was very clear need car back by Tuesday, 11 days later. No problem was the response. I called toward end of first week they had car & manager not available & no one could give me update & they were very rude & unprofessional. Finally, someone called back & said parts not in (had car almost a week & had only ordered parts few days before. Needless to say, car was not completed on time and took an additional week. In addition, manager refused to complete non insurance claim work they agreed to do. Nasty, unprofessional, rude & arrogant are just a few words to describe this body shop. My insurance company would not back me up since it was not part of the accident claim.Day after I finally got my car back, headlight they replaced was not working, they sent someone to my home to fix next day, was broken & had to replace and did not have the part, could not drive my car at night for a week. Then a few weeks later fender they replaced popped out and had to be fixed. Clearly this body shop provides poor workmanship, are unprofessional, nasty, arrogant, condescending, dishonest people, not anyone you want to do business with.Service: Body & Trim

I am at a loss for words. This experience has been the worst I’ve had in a long time. Bad follow through. Items promised but not followed through. Constant issues after. I’ve since taken my car to a reputable company that had to replace everything Reseda supposedly fixed. Do your homework. Most of the reviews are done by reseda friends and family. Reach out to the actual people that had issues. It’s easy to find them. Get the facts before you take a financial loss.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Reseda International is a top-notch body shop that pays extra attention to detail for their client's needs. First off, the location is great, very accessible right on Reseda Blvd. and there's an enterprise rent-a car right next door, making it easy to get a rental. I discovered them a month ago when I lived nearby and had a vehicle strike my BMW 650i while it was parked, they were local so I went to get a quote and their pricing was extremely reasonable and competitively beat any other quote I got. They took my car in, and we're very easy to communicate with, giving me updates regularly as my extensive repair went on. Sara, the girl at the front was very friendly and helpful, throughout the process, and was very knowledgeable about insurance and rental car policies. Eddie was my service rep and went above and beyond with my car. It looks good as new, and they cleaned it nicely for me. It got done in a very timely manner as well, and they even rotated my tires, filled my wiper fluid, and took care of general maintenance needs for my car at no extra charge. They do really great work here and I will definitely return for my future body shop needs. I definitely recommend Reseda International Collision Center!

My car was damaged at work by a fallen tree and I needed to schedule repairs ASAP. It was Thanksgiving week and I reached out to 3 other near by shops with no luck. They would not see me. When I called Reseda International Collision Center, Eddie answered and immediately scheduled a time for me to come in. He and the team were extremely professional and took care of me above and beyond what I expected. Sara at the front desk was also incredibly helpful. The team there really impressed me with the level of service they provided as well as the body work they provided. I will DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone for any car repair needs.. (as a bonus, enterprise is right next door so it makes life easy) My car looks amazing and I couldn't be happier.. Thank you Eddie, Sarah and team.. I truly appreciate you.

I have been going to Reseda Collision for over 20 years. Three generations of us go there which covers many people and many cars. They are great people to work with. They are honest and do a really good job. And they do it quickly as they know how important our cars are to us. I would recommend them to everyone! Eddie always goes above and beyond and it makes dealing with car issues so much easier.

I would like to thank Eddie and his team for taking such good care of me and my auto repair needs. My car was struck by an object on the road and dented my 2 week old car, I was devastated and shopped around for the best deal and found this amazing place. I was treated well by everyone. Eddie went above and beyond to help me with a rental while my car was getting repaired and because of my busy work schedule he helped me by returning the rental car for me. I highly recommend this business for any auto needs. My car looks amazing ,like new I love it!! they even washed my car inside and out I am so pleased with the whole experience. :)

After a scary, but surprisingly fairly minor, accident on the 405, Mercury Insurance referred me to one of their approved shops, Reseda International Collision Center. It was very easy to work with them. Eddie took a quick look at my car and once my adjuster assigned the work to Reseda International, they got right to work. The parts took a little longer to arrive than I would have liked, but we're still in a pandemic and that's the way things are now. In any case, after the work was done, Eddie did final QC on it and told me he didn't like the way something looked and they were going to re-do it. A few days later, he still didn't like it and told me he didn't want to give me my car if it wasn't perfect. My rental car coverage was coming up on its limit and Eddie said not only were they going to order a new door skin and put it on (instead of repairing the one they were working on) at their cost, but if it took longer than my rental car limit, they would pay for the additional rental charges. It turned out they finished on my last day of rental car coverage, so it worked out for all of us. The car looks great and the people at Reseda International were a pleasure to work with. Hopefully I won't be needing them due to any more accidents, but if I do, I will go back to them.

My 2020 Hyundai Sonata hybrid was in a car accident it was in a very bad state on the driver side. My insurance company referred me to Reseda International Collision Center I was uncertain it it was the right place for my car. I was given an unbelievable offer by another Collision Center, but Reseda Collision Center promise it will look like went I first got it. Today I came to pick up my Car the customer service I received was excellent. I couldn't remember what side the accident was on. My car looks amazing. I am very happy with the results. I will give them and overall rating of EXCELLENT. I will recommend family and friends to this Collision Center. Thank for such excellent service.

This review is long over due, however I'd like to extend my appreciation to Reseda International collision center. I have had utilize this resource in the past few years and every time I had the pleasure of working with Eddie. Eddie has excellent communication skills and reassured me every time that him and his team would be able to accommodate my issues in a very consistent and rapid time frame. I appreciate that in a world of business, numbers, deadlines, and revenue, there are people like Eddie who are willing to be genuine and do the right thing for the people he encounters. Thank you Eddie and the whole Reseda international collision center team for being awesome!
