No smoking on the sidewalks around the apartment house. They sued the last person who smoked on the sidewalk. Good security and parking for the tenant. No parking for guests

Pros: Looks well maintained for the most part with the painting. Also nice to have a laundry room in the apartment and the maintenance people are on top of things when anything needs fixing and they are friendly. People seem nice for the most part too.They usually all just do their own thing. Also there’s the small gym downstairs and a pool. I personally like the plants they have around.Cons: I wish walls weren’t so thin because sometimes I can hear things from people that aren’t even next door and it’s annoying. And it’s also concerning that I can’t leave my car in the parking lot without worrying about someone denting my car door and trying to get in my car. There’s so many cameras yet nothing can really be done. Another thing is that everyone has keys now so strangers don’t get inside yet people leave paper or other things stuck on the doors. And I personally see no point with the cameras if people still do whatever honestly.

Locksmith guy came, and repaired the deadlock without having to put in a new one. Whole procedure took about 5 minutes.

Great complex and perfect location. Walking distance to shops, grocery, etc. Right on the bus line, so convenient if you don't have a car. Nate, the property manager is the best. Very nice and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and was very hospitable to all the tenants we passed during the tour. It's like one big family.

The front door in my apartment was not closing all the way and top lock did not work, the Maintenance guy came promptly in the morning and fixed it right away, e also changed both locks and we no longer have that issue, thank you so much Maintenance crew/management.

Don’t waste your time!Even though Nate and Sandy were very kind, the process applying for one of these units was the worst experience since I arrived to this country. I provided them all that they asked me for but nothing was enough, they were always asking for more. They made me waste so much time with their promises and requirements, that I don’t even understand why someone can even try with this management company. Also, after 15 days I am still waiting for they to send me my holding deposit back, even though it says they take 2 days to give you back your money in case you aren’t approved. I’m dissatisfied and I do not recommend this place, they won’t care about your needs or take the time for verify your information, it is easier for them just keep grabbing applications until they find someone with they don’t have to do their job.
