BED BUGS are everywhere! We started got bites at the first night when we moved! After weeks we realized that it is not mosquitoes as manager told us - this is BED BUGS which live on the walls, floors, ceilings, but managers told me that it is MY BED BUGS from the previous appointment. I never had this problem before and never had these kind of bites every night! I ask building to provide the pest control, they didn’t answer me for a month, but after they answered, they put bill for pest control 500$ on my account without notice me (here they brake the law first time), pest control didn’t help at all, and we were bitten the very first night after pest control again. When I asked about second pest control (pest control guy told me that service should be done twice) - the building ignored my email till I told them that I will stop pay for this apartment till the bed bugs is not here. After 8 days of my late payment, even when I was informing them about my condition (that time I still believed that it will help to fix bed bugs problem sooner, including that fact that they had my deposit for whole month on their pocket)- the building sued me without notice in !8 days of late payment! (which brakes the law again) instead of calling pest control to fix the problem.This means that they will easily go to court to convict you, rather than solve the problem of bedbug infestation in their building!!!I have court in October 15th, and I’ll add updates about what they realize have against me, as their unsatisfied resident, who Is bitten already 5th months every night, I didn’t sleep normally in this building even for a one day.You know what they did else? They put bed bugs problem on their lease agreement, where you literally signing that ALL BED BUGS you bring with you, you sign “YES” - you checked apartment before moving and “YES” it was clean of bedbugs (even if it’s impossible to see and you need a special inspection to find it), so all responsibility about bed bugs in your apartment on you, and you have to pay for all pest control services from your own pocket.Which goes absolutely against the California law again!Please, if you live here, and have same problem - leave a comment

The bed bugs and cockroaches are a huge problem here, total infestation of the hallways and units, my neighbours have all the same problem, and for years this problem is not getting solved, even with the change of management. Pest control doesn't help.Managers try to close eyes and pretend that it's your personal bed bugs, the best way to solve the problem is to burn the building, because you can't live here.

Bed bug infestation. Roach infestation. do NOT move here. Trash is scattered all along the sidewalk, no space to walk your dogs, overgrown trees. Lights are off at night, dangerous if you ask me. Had 2 treatments total and still no solution to the infestation of this building, it seems they like keeping the place dirty. That pool and spa they show for walk in tours is green since they refuse to get a pool guy to do weekly cleaning.

This is a terrible apartment complex do not live here I cannot wait to move out of this apartment complex once my lease. There is never a set manager on site since I have been here for less than a year and there has been three different managers. The Regional manager Bonnie is not the best manager. Stuff around the apartment complex for example doors are always broken. The pool is disgusting dirty. The stairs in the hallway are very dirty. The laundry facility is dirty. Washers do not wash clothes correctly. The washers leave your clothes dirty still. P*** and pee from pets has been left in hallways and stairwells. Once again my apartment itself has been infested with roaches for the entire time I have been living here after being exterminated there has still been roaches in my apartment. Roaches have been seen all over the hallways as well. Save yourself some stress and do not live here.

Truthfully wish I could give zero stars. This place is the very definition of a slum. They refused to fix the spa for months, allowing algae to grow in it and become a health code violation. Our ac was broken for 49 days and we were promised a rent credit only to be told they will no longer honor that. They cut giant holes in all the walls to recipe the building only to never return. They ignored all our maintenance requests for our final month there, including a broken garbage disposal and sink backing up with dirty water. There is never an onset manager because they all quit from how horribly run this place is. Bonnie Trimble is the regional manager and will lie to you to try and secure your rent payment when you have legal standing to with hold rent. Never live here.

The outside of the apartment is disgusting!! Every single day there is trash thrown in front..we have to pay $70 a month for trash ..it adds on to your rent, which i think is absolutely ridiculous for it to be this much for an apartment, but the point is we pay so much for trash when every single day there is trash build up..it is embarrassing to bring guests over, it's gross...

Since Ana and Pas showed up... I've been here 10 years. My apartment has become a home. All the previous hell worthy things have been fixed. I'd now move in. If Ana didn't fix all this I'd tell you to run. This place was a nightmare before. Pas+Ana = move in.

DON’T BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS. This place is absolutely infested with roaches that come out of the walls no matter how clean you are or how many times you have a professional company come out to spray. Also, there is a bed bug problem which management often posts about in the common areas. In addition to the horrible pest problem there are constant plumbing issues and thefts in the “controlled” parking lot. Save yourself a headache by moving anywhere else.

The apartment itself was good size however the roaches could not be controlled, they came out of walls and everywhere possible, which I wasn't use to. The cost for the apartment was too high, the elevator was constantly broken as well as the gate to the parking garage. The owner and management Co. are cheap and didn't want to fix things until this year, 2020, the water pipes are constantly leaking. There were only 2 good apartment managers working there while I lived there, including the current one, Ana. The area where the apartment building is located is not great either

Amazing, fast and easy. The property manager Anna was very professional, knows her job and had answer to all my questions. Very clean office and super organized. The building is cleaned everyday so it's always clean, has daily staff for repairs on site, it's a very quiet community and respectful tenants. The good management makes a difference !

Roaches, constantly changing management in office and the rules change along with it, filthy hallways but they don't want you to have patio furniture. Several items in disrepair upon moving such as tub seal and faucets, cabinets that don't close, drawers have no runners, broken blinds, glue all over counters and floor. If you seek a home, look elsewhere.

Just moved in a couple days ago, apartment seems pleasant, management seems great the only issue i have is the upstairs neighbors..they have no consideration for the lower tenants. They have been stomping, jumping and banging ALL day! I cannot get any sleep at all, i have to be on their schedule..it is absolutely ridiculous and makes it impossible to live a pleasant life here.. so if you decide to rent here DO NOT rent a lower level apartment. The walls are paper thin and you will hear everything above you. I wish i was warned before i made the move.

I live in the Sherman West Apt for three years now and I love their customer service and they truly care about the residence. If I call them to check or fix something they will come to fix it in the same day maximum second day morning.. they don't raise their prices in the second year like other companies.. the apartment are good prices and they have a clean building ..
