I was there a few days ago asking about the s24 new galaxy, they told me to wait until they get in the phones in. Now when I called them they said I should have pre ordered, If I would have pre ordered I would have gotten a much better deal.Now that just sucks, I was there asking for a pre ordered and, if they would have told me about the deal I would have jumped on it.Not buying anything from this shop

They lie about replacing a screen protector it’s been 2 weeks and counting and yet no results about the issue they don’t call nothing very poor service

Jonathan, Susy, and Brianna took care of us all the way through with no interruptions. Store was also very clean and smelled like Fabuloso which was very appealing as well. They deserve a raise!!!

The worst mobile salon to i see in my live, with the worst workers. They don't want to do anything and doing everything so slow how they can. If you want to visit there, you should to be ready spend half a day there!

Customer service is slow ( always been ), like 1-2hrs slow . All i wanted was the tmobile tuesday. It be like going to ralphs asking for plastic bags, but you have to wait hrs for it ?. Attitude is not needed if you're just asking a simple question.

I've been a customer of T-Mobile for under 4 months now and 2 other companies in 29 years. T-Mobile has provided horrible, deplorable, dejectable and unforgettable service from telephone support to in store. However this branch 18207 Sherman Way is a RARE DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH. ? My experiences here have been stellar ? I was treated with respect and care as well every customer that was serviced. All of my needs were met even to the point that they went above and beyond to right the wrongs of the other subpar team members encountered. And everybody that works here just so happened to be named Joseph ???? ? I absolutely L♥️Ve THIS store and I HIGHLY recommend them for all of your phone needs.Tell em Side 2 Side sent you.You've been Side-Ologized ???♀️ ?

Great service. Fair prices . A little sketch with upgrades and the jump on demand program. They make it confusing to upgrade . Other wise they are awesome. They also have ? t-mobile Tuesday promos.
