“It has been a while since taking my car to Hector's. Nice guy, but I think I am going to have to stick with my former mechanic in Santa Clarita. I was quoted $136 for an oil change that I am typically charged $84 for at Sierra Auto Care. It might be the price the owner gives to me since I have been a customer for such a long time, but at this point, it is worth the drive for me. Paying that cost for a synthetic oil change is $50 more than I am used to shelling out. YIKES. Gotta save money however I can. He did, however, lower the price for me. Thanks.”
“Had an amazing experience with this company on a busy Friday afternoon after I popped my tire. The person I spoke to over the phone, Carlos, was very professional and to the point. The service was fast and efficient even given the busy area where my car was immobilzed. The next day, Saturday, I called the company back and had them tow my car to a tire shop and I experienced the same excellent service. The driver Carlos from Friday and Ramon from Saturday were very polite and professional. I will definitely be calling them for any future needs!
