If I could give zero stars I would. One is too much.
Very horrible service. Rude front desk workers. And the prices here are insanely high for everything. 3$ to print a label other places do it for free! Do not ship here unless you like giving your money away! USPS down street is way better, friendlier and affordable prices!

This store charges you for taping a box. I walked in for a return, had a box with me since it was for “customer packed’, but I needed to tape the top of the box. I was asker to either pay $2, or buy the box tape for $9.99. Use other location.

I always have a great experience at this UPS Store! Daisy is amazing — she’s always super helpful with anything I need, from printing documents to handling my Amazon returns. Everyone here is friendly and professional. Even when there’s a small line, they work fast and efficiently, and they always get things done right. Definitely recommended!
All the ladies that work here are very good on their job. Also the owner is very knowledgeable and professional

Today I had the treasure of stopping by the UPS Store at 18601 Sherman Way. It was the most incredible experience!!!! As I was leaving out of the store with a package that I was returning the owner of the store Mr. Ghazi Jamshed, happened to be on the outside of the store and I was mumbling to myself about the return. He heard me and immediately came to my aid to ask what was wrong and offered to assist me. He was very polite and helpful. As I explained, I am not from here (CA.), and I didn’t know the policy here for returns . He took the time and patience to explain to me the procedure to complete my return, he and his team then assisted with correctly processing my return. For sure, I would drive a distance to come back just to see and work with them. Thank you for the incredible service provided to me. It was greatly appreciated.🙏🏻
