Very bad customer service, I have an appointment at 10:55am and I’m early 10 mins but the lady at the front told me it’s automatic appointment made by computer and she told me to wait for an hour to see the representative otherwise go another branch, I’m so disappointed by her behaviour that why I give only 1 star

They dont answer call . If teller is busy supervisor or manager suppose to help . Teller needs to provide update training how to update account information. Manager or Superviosr should provide customer service when teller busy

This US Bank is located inside of Albertsons, However the ATM machine is not near the bank, it's on the other side by the coin machines, just an FYI for all those who were lost the first time like me. I recently came here to open a CD account and was helped by Marcus. I usually cash my checks with Evelyn. They are both very kind and friendly.Sometimes this location moves a little bit slower than other locations and they are a bit more laid back but that doesn't bother me. They close their window around 6pm but can you use the ATM at anytime.I knocked off 1 star because sometimes the ATM machine sucks. It only works about half the time I try and use it. Sometimes it's offline and not working. One time recently I was trying to deposit a bill and the machine couldn't read it. It kept spitting the money back at me like as if the bill wasn't real. I took it over to the counter and deposited it that way.

I love coming here to the US Bank branch. They are always so nice to me. They help with offers if I'm looking for something specific. It close to my house like my neighborhood bank.

If I could rate this bank zero stars I would but since yelp is making me rate them I'm gonna give them a one star This has been the worst experience ever dealing a bank they have been disrespectful they have not help me at all they have humiliated me wasted my time when I am a victim of identity theft. they accused me of lying and the branch manager told me I WOULD NEVER GET A CHECKING ACCOUNT! I'm so depressed over this I lost over $8g thst I had in my checking account back in October 31, 2021 . Since my car was vandalized and my backpack was stolen along with my drivers license and my US bank card. immediately I called US Bank and I told them what had happened I also filed a police report and even though I told us bank about this somehow the thief was able to still go in to the bank not only once but twice withdrew money from my account in total this person has taken out over 20 grand from my account they even deposited a check for $23,000 and another check for $414 this person opened a savings account under my name with this bank this person was able to walk around and charge at pollo loco Albertsons target and many more places with cards they must have ordered online or via telephone because I never ever had those cards in my hands I'm talking about 4differsnt cards!!! That this thief was able to get!!? How does the bank allow this?? But I'm frozen out of my bank account?? I find this incredibly unfair injustice it's to the point that I call and I get same response to walk in the branch that they cannot help me over phone, I walk into the branch and I get treated like I'm a criminal it's caused me so much anxiety depression! I cannot believe my hard earned money is gone just like that !! I had a perfect record for my credit cards never was I late! And now thanks to my account being frozen I am 60 days past due my car is almost going to get repo I have finance company hatrsssing me I can't pay rent, this has turned my life upside down and I don't see why They cant just look at camera?? It would be clear it's not me!! My car was vandalized OnHalloween and I'm a victim, how does this bank treat me this way? I"m a good customer for over a year now and prior to this happening never did I have low balance or bounce Checks I have my own business that I run from home and I was doing just fine until this theft from Halloween happeNed. I faxed all the forms they requested of me and somehow they didn't fix $23,000 and $414 deposited that aren't mine I'm tired of telling them it's not my deposi! yet they keep blaming those deposits for my account being frozen! It's so simple to see and check cameras or do investigation clearly they would see it's not me but I get the feeling they are just judging me and not wanting to help they could also see my history never do I walk in and take $3000 out!!? Never!! I also don't know why the savings accoumt is open it's not mine they need to unlink it to me!! I'm trying to get my point across because this is beyond bs I'm not going to loose my home and my car because these people are lazy and rude they don't want to investigate they seem to just make a judgement on me and they are stuck nothing I say helps I'm so tired of dealing with this since Nov 2021 I haven't had access to my money we are almost at the end of February ! Please if us bank reads this that branch is the worst that branch manager was awful he actually told me I would never get an account with them and said it so rudely everyone in the albertsons was starring all I did was try calling liasons and they placed me on hold !the tellers awful they see how the manager disrespected me and they follow in his footsteps. I don't know if the reviews are paid for but there is no way this bank was nice or has good customer service skills at all maybe the review are old I will check daTe. as of today February 26, 2022 they are awful I don't recommend this branch and i wish I never trusted us Bank with my mon

This is such an amazing bank. The employees here are very amazing as well. I come to this branch very often and it's honestly one of my favorite! I'm always greeted with a smile and I'm always taken care of in a timely fashion. Today I was helped by Christine she is a wonderful teller she had a wonderful customer service She also processed my transactions very fast and accurately. Absolutely love this location and I will be back again soon They also have a good ATM , I use the ATM a couple of times a week LOL it has been moved it's not by the front door anymore it's located right next to the bank. Truly a great bank with great tellers ! :-)

I've been experiencing this more and more with US Bank ATMs. They don't dispense cash. I don't know what the issue is but this has been my experience at many US Bank ATMs. And this spot was one of the locations where I was unable to pull out cash from the ATM.

Manager,Jeff Gutzwill , didn’t cash our IRS check even after we opened up an account. He claims it was for another person only when my name was clearly written on the check along with my wife’s name. He was very aggressive and cowardly at the same time hiding behind his COVID protection glass- he refused to speak with us in his office after I told him my information is sensitive and personal but because of COVID excuses even though he had a protection glass screen in his office he still denied us.. I can’t tell if he’s just acting busy or lazy- very unprofessional and deceptive - clearly Doesn’t want to cash our check because he can’t own his own ignorance of not knowing what kind of irs check we have.LOOK AT THE PIC I TOOK HE IS CLEARY AMUSED BY SOMETHING.. threatened to close the account after we spent 25 minutes opening it because I was challenging him. Terrible.—- UPDATE JUST WENT TO CHASE BANK AND THEY CASHED MY CHECK FOR ME- this guy is clearly has a bad agenda towards us even though he claimed to be polite and kind but at the same time accusing me of being rude but accusing me of that is rude itself - walking contradiction - and guess what your standard “I hope you have a great rest of the day worked”. Because we just cashed out check at a reliable bank like Chase- stickler

Worst branch of any bank I’ve ever been too. I live right next to them but take a 15 minutes drive to another location just to not have the hassle . Manager is very rude lady! Also always a 20 minute line or more . And now they say there open ! When I walked in there closed ! Ridiculous

I have been banking with the US Bank -Albertson Branch in Reseda for about 2 years. Each employee has been courteous, respectful, knowledgeable. I just finishing reading some of the complaints and I can't believe they are about the same branch. NEVER have I had a bad experience, and believe me if you want bad service try ANY WF, US Bank is wonderful. Also the employees in Gresham OR are very helpful, knowledgeable, respectful. Sorry other have had such bad experiences.

This bank is very awful. I just needed to give the guy my payment and it was ready to go with stamp. He was short and not helpful at all. The manager was all right though.
