New update: another complaint as of 2/5/25: I've been waiting for a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. My delivery post office is Reseda. My package was scanned as "arrived at facility" in Reseda on Tues at 4 am. They then sent the package to Glendale post office, who then sent it to Santa Barbara post office. I spoke to a gentleman there who told me the package was never scanned at their facility. Just look at the pic and tell me it wasn't scanned in their system.. it says it right on the tracking scan. What the heck is happening??? My package is now 2 days delayed. I may need to contact our congressman, Mr. Brad Sherman to file another complaint about this post office. Thank goodness these employees aren't rocket scientists.
6/12/24 Literally posting this today at 5:06 pm on Tues 6/12. My mail, according to my informed delivery for mail to be delivered today has not arrived as of yet. I am expecting a package that still says out for delivery and 2 additional pieces of mail. Still no carrier or mail. Post office is closed and I am unable to contact them at this hour. I have had nothing but issues with this post office for many many months. I don't know what the issue is. I am so tired of the mail not delivering in a timely manner.

They don’t answer the phone. They either lose or steal packages. Make sure to report to mail inspection services.

This is by far the worst post office I've ever been to. They did not have priority envelopes. I tried to get the attention of the woman at the counter. I said, "Excuse me," twice, and she flat out, ignored me, and walked away. What a nasty human being. Do yourselves a favor and go to a different location.

Carrier has not been delivering mail every Wednesday. This is the 5th Weds in a row that no mail has been delivered. We should be notified if a day is being skipped every week. I also get my mail a month past the date it was sent.

Gonzal and Tristan were both very helpful guiding a package through the USPS system that got hung up in the Phoenix Distribution Center. Once it arrived at the Reseda location, it was quickly put in the hands of the recipient. Thank you both for your help!
