Came here because my car wouldn’t pass smog so i needed to repair a solenoid part. Spent $650 on 2.6 hours of labor, and my car still didn’t pass smog. i ended up buying a $50 solenoid part because when i inspected it myself they only replaced 1 out of the 2 solenoids and PUT IT IN THE WRONG PLACE, and i fixed the smog issue in 30 minutes with nothing but a wrench. these people claim to be professionals but let an 18 year old with youtube on his side outperform their work. these people are CROOKS!

Canceled a cheaper oil change appointment at another shop to come get the AAA service (oil change, tire rotation, and inspection) from this place. They told me I'd be done in about an hour, so I'd be able to make it back to work on time. When I show up to the appointment, they asked if I'd be able to leave the vehicle? I said "no, I need to wait for the vehicle". He said, "sorry, but I had two guys call out of work today, but would you like to make an appointment for tomorrow"? So not only would I not be out of there within an hour, but I also couldn't even get service unless I left my vehicle! I get it, things happen! But I made an appointment, they knew my time line, and they had my phone number. If they would've called me to let me know the situation, then I wouldn't be writing this negative review. People are busy and have lives, guys! So next time pick up the phone and communicate! Luckily Valvoline was next door, and I got an oil change within 20 min.

I give this shop a zero, they lied about repairing my car charged me over $400 and refused initially to refund me my money . Vince left the air intake valve on my car detached I noticed once I looked under my hood to find out why it stalled. My engine sucked in foreign material. My car lost power and once I looked under the hood, I found Vince just threw the valve in there contributing to the problem. Please go elsewhere, I took my car in to another mechanic and he confirmed Vince did no repairs, just took my money.

This place try to charge me $6,500.00 to fix a high pressure fuel pump and rail sesnsor for a 2010 ford f250. The parts alone I found for less than $500. So basically they tried to charge me $6,000 for labor. This is not rocket science. So not go here !!!!!

I shared my bad experience at Vince's Automotive here at Google. What happened to freedom of speech? Somehow they had it deleted! True sign of purposeful misrepresentation. AAA towed my MB-E350 here for a broken belt. Vince took the initiative to explain and offering a repair solution (they replaced a coolant hose, belt and over temp sensor for $1,000). I picked up the car the next day. All good! They professionally treated their client well. I would recommend this shop to friends but I am not living near the shop.

This was our first experience w Vincs, recommended by AAA. There is a reason they've been there for 40 years! The owner, Vince is still hands on assessing and directing repairs. Juan Carlos was our service rep and couldn't have been more gracious, informative and clear about costs and timing. Car was repaired in day. Truly one of the nicest automotive repair experiences ever had. Will not go anywhere else!

Don't use Vince's Automotive!! He'll make promises and then won't come through. I agree with another customer's Google post, I believe they definitely have " FAKE GOOD REVIEWS"
